Summary:

Lakefront condo in the highly desirable gated beachside community of Seascape in Miramar Beach only 10 mins to Destin! Walk across the Stewart Lake bridge to your private beach! There are also multiple amenities on site such as a golf course, restaurants/bars, heated pools, basketball & pickle ball courts and bike rentals!



The Space:

Must be 25+ to book. ID verification required.



Dogs welcome on a case by by case basis. Pet fee of $75 per dog, up to two dogs. This will be added after your reservation is confirmed and not included in your initial payment amount. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.



Home Layout (sleeps 12):



Queen Bedroom 1: 1st floor off of kitchen/living area with attached bath (also shared to hallway)



Queen Pullout Sofa: Living area.



King Primary Bedroom 2: Upstairs w/ private balcony & attached bath (bath is also attached to bedroom 3)



Bedroom 3 - Bunk + Queen Bed: upstairs with attached bath (bath also attached to primary bedroom)



*Washer & Dryer Provided. 1 laundry pod provided for your stay. You will be expected to provide any additional.



Toiletries: We will provide 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom for you during your stay. You will be expected to provide any additional.



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Parking provided for $15 per stay per vehicle if the amount of days does not exceed 15 days, see front gate attendant when you arrive for parking decal. Decal must be filled out and placed on your vehicle correctly or fines will be issued. Uber also readily available as well as taxi cabs.
