  • Privately located on the beachside of Sandestin® Resort, this vacation villa is within a three-minute golf cart ride to the beach (or a 15-minute walk), and just a few steps from the sparkling blue swimming pool at Pine Ridge Villas. Ride to a variety of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops, and enjoy eating and shopping at the Grand Boulevard, on the beach boardwalk, or at the Baytowne Wharf entrance. Our villa is convenient for all that the resort has to offer. All mattresses and pillows are encased waterproof, hypoallergenic, and bug bed protection. The total sleeping capacity is 8 guests. The master bedroom suite offers a comfy king bed with luxurious linens, generous closet space, smart tv, and access to the rear balcony with the golf course view. The ensuite master bathroom features a large separate shower, a deep soaking tub, a water closet, and double vanities. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a closet, smart tv, and access to a private bathroom and small patio. The third bedroom features a king bed, closet, smart tv, and hall bathroom with access to the rear balcony with the golf course view. The sofa bed is conveniently provided in the living room. Check-in is very simple! Just park in front of your villa, walk down the staircase unlock the front door, and enjoy your vacation! Welcome to our beautiful villa in Pine Ridge! Reservation Fees & Cancellation Policy: The following fees apply to this rental in addition to the nightly rental rate: 1) $275 Cleaning, 2) $89 Damage insurance, 3) 12.0% tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list. An additional security deposit is required for golf cart use. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund of the amount paid less a $485 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, the amount paid will not be refunded, unless Travel Insurance has been purchased.

We arrived to find this property completely uninhabitable due to a total failure of the air conditioning system and significant plumbing issues with leaking hot water pipes. Despite the host's initial promise to resolve the issues immediately, the problems persisted, leaving our family stranded in the July heat.We were forced to book a hotel for the first night based on the assurance that repairs were coming. When the issues were still not resolved the next day, we had to book a last-minute accommodation for additional nights. This resulted in substantial unexpected expenses and completely disrupted our travel plans for an important convention.While the host eventually provided a full refund for the unused rental, we received no compensation for the significant inconvenience, stress, or out-of-pocket costs incurred for alternative accommodations. The financial and personal burden of being displaced multiple times fell entirely on us.We caution future guests to be wary of this property's reliability and to have solid backup plans in place. The lack of accountability for the substantial hardship caused beyond the rental cost itself is deeply disappointing.

Pine Ridge Villa

The villa was clean and well equipped for our stay. The golf cart was a plus to get around the grounds to visit with other family staying on property. Highly recommend. Manager was very responsive.

The property was amazing,however at the beach when you rent chairs I think you should be a lot closer to the water,to pay that price and anyone with their own chairs and umbrellas can and will block the view you paid for.

Wonderful Stay!

It was my first time booking in a villa and I must say, it was all great! The place was clean, it accommodated my family of six comfortably, location of the beach and restaurants were all within golf cart rides away, and the manager was helpful in whatever I needed help with. I will be coming back again!

Rental had everything renter needed. Owner was top-notch with communication; and assistance.

Property was very clean. Kitchen had all amenities/supplies. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were great. It was very convenient to have the pool just a few steps away from rental the golf cart was an added bonus. Made beach day trips and night trips to the Wharf very easy and convenient. The owner, Adrian, made checkin / checkout simple. Also, any question asked was answered promptly. — Thank you! We had a relaxing and fun family Memorial Weekend.

4th Annual stay in Sandestin utilizing Beach Blue Properties

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We appreciated the new golf cart and the house was very quiet. On arrival we noticed some light bulbs that were out and the refrigerator made a high pitched noise that varied with intensity when the compressor was running. We called Beach Blue maintenance and they came out the next day - very professional. He agreed therethe refrigerator made a disturbing high pitched noise that was quite noticeable (more than normal). He also replaced the bulbs that were out. Over the 42 day stay we noticed the refrigerator compressor made a loud cleaning noise when shutting off and the high pitched noise became more bothersome. Also, the washing machine front door seal leaked water all over the floor. We rented the same property for next season and request the refrigerator be repaired or replaced. Also, the washing machine front door seal needs to be repaired. Thank you.

Perfect Stay!

We loved the house. The location was perfect. Located on the golf course, and only a .75 mile distance from the beach. The house was spotless and well equipped. Maintained perfectly, beach-y, modern decor. Bright and welcoming. The golf cart made the stay convenient. Property management were super responsive. Thanks foe a great stay!

Great quick vacation

A great time and location. Huge perk having the golf cart as well. Only downside was beach set up by the resort made it difficult to find a place to layout unless you wanted to rent their chairs. Other than that we had a great time. Condo is very nice!

Beautiful

Beautiful condo with a great golf course view. Complimentary golf cart was the best, could get to restaurants, shops, and beach all within two minutes. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful location and property

We had a wonderful time while staying in this villa. The home was extremely clean and inviting. The golf cart was nice and made moving around the resort very convenient as we never got in our car during our stay, even going to the grocery store in the golf cart.
