The name of this colorful Destin vacation rental home says it all! Soleil Levant is French for “Rising Sun” signifying the dawn of a gorgeous retreat for you and your loved ones along our soft, white sandy shores.

Located within the gated beachside neighborhood of Caribe, the charm and charisma of Soleil Levant combine to create an ideal getaway. This spectacular 3-bedroom beach vacation home near Sandestin Resort has many unique features. Outside, guests will have lots of fun with a private pool, grilling and sitting area and an oversized chess set on the second-floor balcony.

Inside is a feast for the eyes. With original artwork, a spiral staircase, and a fiery red kitchen with gas stove that’s sure to ramp up your appetite, Soleil Levant welcomes guests with personal touches and avant-garde style. From stained concrete floors, an old-fashioned clawed bathtub in the primary bathroom, and cozy bedroom on the top floor with private balcony, this charming beach vacation home delivers style and comfort. Three floors and two balconies comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

This Florida beach rental is perfectly situated just steps from the soft, white sand beaches, and is three houses past one of Caribe’s community pools.

The neighborhood of Caribe is aesthetically stunning with each home exuding an island feel and exceptional architecture. Moreover, it’s tree lined streets lead South to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and North too Highway 98 where shopping, entertainment and restaurants await at Sandestin’s Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Bouelvard at Sandestin and Market Shops at Sandestin nearby.

When you need Florida sunshine and extraordinary in a sea of ordinary, Soleil Levant is ready for your next beach vacation!

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

This home requires a 7-night stay year round.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

No Golf Carts, Motorhomes, Jet Skis, Motorcylces, or Boats permitted per the Home Owners Association.

Good location to the Beach

Really cute neighborhood. Close to the beach. Really needs a deep clean. Couch was really gross. Somewhat smaller living area than anticipated. Outdoor area with pool was perfect. Stairway in the middle is not great. Mostly needs to be cleaned and make sure all is working prior to checking

Amazing!!!!

The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful! We had zero trouble checking into our property. We were there maybe five minutes and a groundskeeper stopped by to check on everything and be sure that we were able to access the property fully. The pictures that are posted do not do this place justice! The inside is perfect! This house is a mess all the way in the back of the neighborhood meeting that it’s very close to the beach! It was simply a 32nd walk to the boardwalk, and another 30 seconds to sugar, white sand! The updates that have been made to this property are fantastic and very trendy. The staircase can be a challenge, but it fits the house perfectly! My only recommendation would be to add some texture to the metal stairs for it can be quite difficult to walk up if your feet are wet! The kitchen is stocked very nicely with everything you could possibly need to cook with. The beach is 100% private. And not crowded at all! The pool people come twice a week as well as trash service, and someone to clean the grill outside. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. And we’re sad to leave and head home. This would make the perfect getaway for a couple of friends and spouses, or family like ours. We enjoyed the pool very much! This place is absolutely beautiful! We will be booking for next year!

Great vacation

Quite gated community, steps away from the beach. House well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was very nice for the afternoons. Clean private beach with beach service at additional cost if needed.

Great property!

This is the second year we have stayed in this neighborhood (first house was farther away from the beach) and the location is absolutely wonderful. This house is just a few steps from the boardwalk to the beach access and was great. The pool was fantastic with early morning and early afternoon shady spots. The back porch was a great spot to sit and take a nap while enjoying the breeze and pool. All the bedrooms are upstairs (max occupancy 6) and the only access is by a spiral staircase , which the kids enjoyed very much. It may be a bit of hard work for someone with bad knees to turn so much, but we had no problem. Beds were very comfortable. It is very close to Sandestin Resort and shopping/restaurants. Friendly security staff as well. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles (had to back my Yukon XL in each night to minimize scratching and be able to open the driver door easier), but the rest of the package more than makes up for that. The internet/Wifi did not work well, including the downstairs TV (the upstairs worked fine however). I tried rebooting, etc, but no avail. I did not contact the management team because it wasn't the end of the world as there are so many more wonderful things to do here. Would definitely stay here again!

Great last minute getaway!

This property is gorgeous! It was just what we needed to unwind from the school year. The backyard was gorgeous! We did not use the pool because it was a little cold, but the heated community pool three houses down was perfect! The beach is three houses down the other way. Neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. Location was close to anything else you could want to do in Destin. It was great!

Nice home for great getaway

The photos online don’t do the property justice. It was perfect for our family of 3. We wanted something close to the beach without alot of steps to get onto the beach. The neighborhood was so cute and twice a day someone rode around checking on everything. The house was only 4 houses down from the private beach access. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, and pan we needed to cook all meals. The open floor plan kept use all together while some watched TV and someone cooked. The back patio is my favorite part. It’s covered so we could sit out there even in the rain. The patio furniture was comfortable and I sat out there alot and worked. We had family over for dinner and the first floor and patio fit 7 people perfectly without being on top of each other. The steps took a minute to get used too but the primary suite had lots of space and an attached bath gave use room to spread out. The second and third bedroom and second bath we didn’t use but could be used for 2-3 more guest. To the beach! My daughter is in a wheelchair and so top priority is getting to the beach. The access ramp only had 4 steps onto the beach. I would recommend renting the umbrellas from white Diamond rentals. They had everything setup everyday and made sure you had front row viewing and checked in us everyday. The whole process for our whole trip was easy and would recommend! We will be back for sure!

perfect location

The house is a couple minute walk - three houses - from the beach. It has everything we needed to cook almost all meals at home. The spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge with a baby but not too bad. Great pool. We loved it. It sleeps 6 but 1-2 people of that are sleeping on a pull out couch.
