Welcome to our tropical oasis! Our thoughtfully designed 1BR-1BA condo is located on the 15th floor of Luau I on the beach side of The Resort. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, plush furnishings, breathtaking views and all the amazing amenities that Luau I and the Resort have to offer!

At 7506 Luau I, breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and emerald blue waters are just the beginning! Our fully equipped kitchen offers a toaster, tea pot and coffee maker and is equipped with all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with bar seating in the kitchen, in addition to seating for 4 at the dining table – there is room for everyone to enjoy!

Designed with comfort in mind, the cozy living area offers plush furnishings, spectacular views, an HDTV television and access to a breezy balcony with outdoor seating. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, an HDTV television and a spacious master bathroom with tub/shower combo. For guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer keyless check in, complimentary WIFI, and a washer/dryer!

Luau has one of the nicest pool complexes in the Resort. In addition to a lagoon style pool, guests can enjoy a beautiful waterfall, tropical hot tub, seasonal snack bar, and a separate kiddie pool area! Luau also offers a community grilling area and fitness center.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf on the bayside is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, and more! Treat yourself to a relaxing vacation and enjoy our tropical oasis at #7506 Luau I. We look forward to hosting you!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

The cleanliness was over the top! The well designed boxes of soaps, etc were very appreciated. The balcony was our favorite part with 15th floor views of the beaches, Sandestin properties and the bay. We ate all our meals out there on the comfortable furniture! Being able to wash and dry our beach towels was a big plus before driving home.

The condo was really nice and cozy. It is convenient to everything. I have 3 recommendations. 1) the cool air doesn't flow easily to the bedroom. It was pretty warm, even with the ceiling fan on. 2) The area that you can walk to the beach from the resort needs a ramp. The stairs are great if you're not wheeling a wagon or a cooler. 3) There needs to be more information about the trolley. Pick-up stations and drop off stations.

Loved the Swimming Pool!

The condo was great! Very spacious and a great view. The swimming pool was amazing! The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The management was pleasant to work with. An overall great experience.

Just a couple of inconveniences such as garbage disposal did not work and had a foul smell. Also we were not informed painters would be painting the balcony on Monday June 23 and unfortunately woke up to them and we had left drapes open. On floor 15.

A Piece of Paradise 🌺

Upon arrival to the condo in Luau building 2 we realized we needed a code to enter the parking garage. I missed it in the original communication and quickly sent a text to our property manager who responded quickly with the number. Great communication! The Hawaiian themed condo towers were very accommodating and the tropical landscaping is well maintained. With the Hawaiian music playing, you almost feel like you are in Hawaii. 🌴🌺 The pool areas were beautifulAnd very clean. We enjoyed the pool nearby and the one near the beach. Our condo exceeded our expectations. It was bright, modern, and very clean.We had every kitchen utensil and cooking item needed. All of the appliances, including the washer and dryer, worked prrfectly! Such a wonderful convenience to be able to toss in a load of laundry before coming home.😊 The beach is an easy 5 minute walk from the condo. We loved this vacation and condo unit so much, we can’t wait to come back!!

The condo was clean, bed comfortable, and shower had decent pressure. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The view was very pretty and could see the ocean and across the resort. Location was convenient to everything - restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

Great View!

Checkin was super easy, view was amazing , especially at sunset. The building was simple but nice. Parking deck was very close and a bonus. The unit was clean, not noisy at all. Had a great time. Very close to the beach, no need to use the tram unless you have a lot to carry. Would rent again definitely.

Luau I - Sandestin

Our stay was awesome due to in large part of staying at this unit. It was perfect for two people with a spectacular view, clean, quiet with a very, very short walk to the beach. It does have just one bathroom as there is no have bath. Check-in and check-out were easy. We would definately stay here again for our next trip to Sandestin if available.

Clean, nice location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The listing was incorrect in that it said there were 1 and a half bathrooms. There was only 1, which was a bit disappointing as this was a consideration when I booked. I had even questioned this before arrival via email as there were no pictures of the half bath or washer and dryer and was told it did have the additional half bath. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer. The directions for the property are contradictory to the address, which is Luau 1, but the instructions state it is Luau 2, the shorter building. This did cause a little confusion but we quickly figured it out. The location was nice with a short walk to the beach.

Loved the location...

Everything was as listed on description...but the app was wrong when telling us what building it was in. We dragged all our belongings up to the short building, Luau II as told on the arrival information, but our unit was in Luau I. Also, we were told on the app we didn't need a password to log on to WIFI...wrong. We had to contact Beach Blue for that information. Also, I would suggest having sheets that fit the bed. The sheets were way to big for the thin mattress. The bed was comfortable though.
