Located in Destin’s Miramar Beach, Tradewinds 14 is a cozy beach condo that might just check all of your vacation boxes! This cute rental sits just across the street from the shimmering shoreline. It features two bedrooms, coastal-inspired décor, and modern updates. The condo can accommodate up to seven beach guests.

Tradewinds 14 has an open great room with sunny coastal vibes. Parchment-tiled floors and a shiplap accent wall add to the laidback feel. A set of sliding glass doors opens onto a romantic balcony that overlooks the swimming pool on one end of the room. The glittering gulf can be seen in the distance. The balcony is furnished with café tables and chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and sip a tropical drink while basking in the fresh sea breezes. Back inside, the brightly lit living room includes a cozy seating ensemble. A brown leather sectional doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa around a coffee table and a plush rug. The setup faces a wall-mounted TV and enjoys paradise views through the sliding glass doors. Next to the living room, a white dining table and four chairs sit beneath an industrial-style light fixture. The adjacent kitchen is bright and spacious, with plenty of room to serve up delicious, homemade vacation meals. The kitchen features gray cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, gleaming quartz countertops, and a white tile backsplash. A raised breakfast bar has stool seating for two.

The primary suite boasts a king-size bed with a black metal headboard, honey-toned furnishings, a flatscreen Tv, and access to the balcony. It also has a private bath with a glass-walled, walk-in shower. The guest suite provides plenty of extra sleeping space, as it has a twin-over-twin bunk & a queen bed. The guest bedroom has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

As a guest at the Tradewinds complex, you will receive access to a variety of vacation amenities. These include a community pool, BBQ grill, and access to the public beach directly across the street with seasonal complimentary beach service. Because of its convenient location, condo guests are also close to popular restaurants, shopping, and fun vacation activities. Pompano Joe’s restaurant is a visitor favorite and only a short walk from the property. After lunch at Pompano Joe’s, head on down the road to Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream and Coffee for a tasty treat. Seascape Resort is also super close, and Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive discounted rates on golf, tennis, and recreational rentals. Other nearby amusements include the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
