1st Floor Luau 11, all new flooring. Most convenient unit in the Luau complex!

This lockout unit (2 bedrooms) is very close to parking and the pool area for ultimate convenience. The gym is also right down the hall from the unit. The Pool area does not impact quietness of this unit. Kids can have their own area to call their own here or 2 couples is great also! The unit has a private patio for each unit of the lockouts (2 patios).
The Bar-B-Que area is also right outside the unit and has a new Pagoda for newly designed bar-b-que area to shield from the sun.

This is a great location. Steps away from the beach, nice walking paths and the golf course. The area abounds with good restaurants, several within easy walking distance. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Gas grills are available within steps and the fitness center is virtually across the hall. Paul, the owner, is friendly and helpful.

This is a great location, beach, shopping, excellent restaurants, walking paths, movie theater, grocery, all within minutes, most by walking or tram. Beautiful white sand beach is a five minute walk, or less. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Gas grills are available within steps and the fitness center is virtually across the hall. Paul, the owner, is friendly and helpful.

Convenient first floor, access code was easy, good instructions on parking, convenient to nice pool, having the two king beds was a key need for the two families. Host provided instructions are clear and useful. 3 TV's so folks can chose what they want to watch during football season.

Paul is an outstanding host and one of the best units in the Luau. 1st floor corner unit with easy access to parking deck and elevators. The pool and hot tub area is very nice. A short walk to the beach. A great vacation spot!!

Absolutely Perfect

My family and I have been going to the Fort Walton-Destin area for 30 years and Paul was the most accommodating Host I have ever had. It was like renting from a friend. Everything listed is spot on. Unit has plenty of room, fully furnished kitchen even had spices and it’s literally 2 units with beds as comfortable as your own which is hard to find, beautiful beach and water. Room is steps from grill, fitness center and pool. Great area with close proximity to Publix, Walmart, Doughnut Hole and one of our favorites Ocean Club Restaurant (early bird special @ 5:00 pm. Don’t miss this very affordable unit, you won’t regret it!

Womderful place

The condo was exactly has described, was clean and ready to go. Paul was easy to communicate with and made the process very easy. Was very pleased with our stay and look forward to staying in his unit again.
