Create memories on the best beaches in the world in a fun, bright 3 story townhome with 4 decks- you can never get enough sunrises and sunsets!

We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
The space
Two bedrooms & two full bathrooms on top floor. Beach side bedroom 1 king & one built-in “Bloset”. Street side bedroom- 1 king & 1 small built-in “Bloset”.
Kitchen and living room on second floor, with a half bath. Living room has a pull out sofa- with memory foam mattress.
Two bedrooms on street level- one has a king bed, and a daybed with trundle. Second bedroom doubles as a second living room- with a pull out sofa) and full bath on street level- in addition another kitchen!
Large deck on beach level- direct to your private beach!

Other things to note
There is currently a spiral staircase connecting the living room, and lower level to the beach. Good news, you’ll get your steps in; bad news, it may tough for little ones or grandpa to traverse.
