This awesome studio features a full kitchen with all essentials, a living room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials and towels for your convenience. And now it comes with a golf cart to get around the resort with ease! (Pictures of the golf cart to be added soon) Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys are provided. With amenities like a fitness room, WiFi, and AC, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay after a day at the beach. Our place is ready for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.

Great spot on the beach

Everything was as advertised. A view of the beach and water. Nice balcony and indoor furnishings, especially the comfy bed. Nice new appliances and kitchen utensils.Good location to beach and restaurant next door.Beautiful beach. Appreciated the good communication with Jana who checked in with me several times before I arrived, the day I arrived and the day I departed. Herinformation was very helpful. I will book again.

Perfect little getaway spot!!

This property was perfect for my husband and me during our anniversary trip!!! The property was very clean. Everything was very well stocked and had everything we could have needed and more!!! All the little details of the room were very sweet and we enjoyed them! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The walk from our car to the room was so short and the walk to the besch was also so short and convenient! The host was extremely helpful, kind, accommodating, and had wonderful communication! We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We hope we get to book here again in the future!!

Very clean and exactly as pictured. Location is right in the middle of everything you need and could want to do. A 2 minute walk to the beach. Overall fantastic place to stay!!

Clear Waters

It was easy to check in with the security guard. The property is safe and secure with multiple gate entry and codes. Easy parking on second floor and can walk straight to the condo without using the elevator. We parked on the covered area on the first floor during the day to keep the car cool. The condo has everything you need and is fully stocked. Space worked well for a couple. The balcony is nice with a view from the second floor. Easy access to the beach because the boardwalk is short. But there are multiple steps though. After Labor Day the beach is not as crowded which we enjoyed. The water was crystal clear during our stay.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location, Excellent Host

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Jana's condo, which was beautiful and helped make for an excellent vacation in Sandestin. We miss listening to the sound of the waves from the balcony already! We knew it would be a bit of squeeze for 2 adults and 2 children in a studio, but it worked well for us with the king bed and sofa, and the outdoor space on the balcony with 4 seats helped us never feel crowded, especially with a beautiful and clear view of the water from the unit. The unit was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen and quality bedding, and Jana provides the necessities for her guests to get started (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher tabs and dish soap, handsoap...along with a couple of beach towels, ample bath and kitchen towels, games, and a big selection of beach gear like boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, and sand toys). Being able to park on the 2nd floor and walk literally just feet to the condo with no need to haul items from the car in an elevator was very handy. Similarly, the walk to the pool/beach was easily accessible from the condo via outdoor stairs. Jana was one of the best hosts we have ever worked with - very responsive, kind, thorough, and trustworthy. She went above and beyond when answering my questions and making sure our stay went very well.

Perfect!

Everything was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The view, the pool, the tram, and the Sandestin resort completely exceeded my expectations! My husband and I stayed here for our “baby-moon” and it was very easy for me to get around the resort at 7 months pregnant. There are four pools total that you have access to as a guest of the Sandestin Resort. We had everything we needed.

Great view of the Gulf!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at SunKissed BeachView. The instructions on how to enter and where tp park were very clear. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach and gulf was amazing. We were fortunate to be there for the Full Moon and we took pictures of the moon and wonderful sunsets from the balcony. There was a nice outdoor pool and the condo had everything we needed. Jana was wonderful with communicating to us. Great place to stay at the beach!

Nice studio

Nice area, you can park on the second level of the garage and easily get to your room. Bathroom is tight but doable. Bed and pillows are extra comfy. I didn’t use any of the amenities (pool, golf course, basketball course) but they all looked nice and well maintained. Fixable problems: the vertical blinds have got to go. Pulling them closed does virtually nothing for blocking out morning light and at night you feel like it lacks privacy. The screen door on the balcony rattles constantly. I mean CONSTANTLY. It almost sounds like a small animal is on the balcony until I investigated. I had to push a chair up against it to keep it from rattling.

From arrival to departure it was a positive experience. Parking available steps from door on the 2nd floor of the garage. Condo was clean. Lovely view of beach. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and washcloths for a long weekend.

Nicely decorated. Very clean. Great private balcony with view of the ocean. Host was very hospitable. Host gave us clear directions, and was available to us if we had any questions. Good parking. Great for solo getaway

Went for a short stay alone. I felt safe the entire time. Loved the proximity of this condo to the beach as well as the parking lot. Also no need to take an elevator which was great! Was able to check in early and it had everything I needed and more!

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect place for a little getaway for my mom for what would have been her 39th anniversary with my dad. He passed away two years ago and always took her to Destin. I booked this for her; she loved it and said she would stay there again. She did say that when the sun comes up, you know it. So if you want to sleep in, bring a mask. The owner, Jana, made the check-in process smooth and was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.
