Come visit and experience all the sights and sounds of the beautiful Miramar Beach, Destin, and South Walton County / 30A areas and enjoy the emerald, green waters of the Gulf of America with the sugar white beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast. All while staying here at Summerspell 310.

Summerspell 310 is a quaint little condo with views of the beach that can greet you each morning with breezy, sunny warmth, then close your afternoons with a most colorfully enchanting and memorable sunset (a must see), all from your own private balcony.

From your unit it is just a short walk down to the beach where you can sunbathe, stroll along the shoreline, find keepsake shells, play games in the sugary sands, or take a cooling dip in the gulf water. You could even throw in a frozen cocktail, lunch or dinner, and/or listen to live music beachside. Great thing is that at Summerspell 310, you are within easy walking distance to a number of gift shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and beach bars, including the popular Pompano Joe's. And in the evening, if seeking a more intimate or elegant environment for dinner, you have the luxury of choosing from several nearby 4 and 5-star restaurants.

Additionally, ample choices for shopping or even a movie are available at the nearby venues of Silver Sands Factory Outlet Stores, Sandestin / Grand Boulevard, and Destin Commons; and it's only a short drive away to visit to the infamous South Walton Seaside Community and Grayton Beach for more sightseeing and shopping.

If looking for some outdoors activities, Summerspell has a private pool and hot tub for guests' use; nearby you'll find The Track, Big Kahunas' amusement & water park, biking, tennis, golf cart rentals, even golfing is available nearby at some of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses you'll ever encounter. You can also book a party or private charter boat and enjoy some deep-sea fishing in Destin, infamously known as the "Luckiest fishing village in the world." As you will see, whatever your desire, it's all here and waiting for you to experience it. You needn't look any further.

My wife and I enjoyed every moment of this trip. The property was clean and welcoming. It was located very close to the beach. It was quiet and private. And the hosts were absolutely wonderful and communicative! I couldn't recommend this enough!

Another wonderful visit to Miramar Beach! Buddy and Sheryl are great hosts and their communication is top tier. My husband and I look forward to this trip every year- and this condo is the reason we keep coming back (and the beautiful beach!).

Great beach location

We really enjoyed our 4 week stay in Destin ! Although there were a few issues after we arrived, our fabulous hosts made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. These issues were beyond their control, and they went above and beyond to make it right . The condo was in a great location : steps from the gorgeous beach, and very close to shops, restaurants, & golf . It’s a very busy area , but wasn’t particularly noisy at night . The unit was well appointed with everything we needed . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - definitely 5 star !

What a great unit for the area. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Great accommodations throughout. The hosts were super-communicative and had a welcome package of bread and wine when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Great Owners

The air went out the day we arrived. Actually as we were driving the 10 hours down there. They communicated with us as soon as they found out. Made accommodations to get the place cooled down and even left some adult beverages to help us get through the night. They got the air fixed the next day and everything was perfect the rest of our stay. They were going to comp us for the one hot night, but let us stay an additional night instead. The place was great, just a short walk across the street to the beach.

Perfect Vacation

My husband and I love Miramar Beach and look forward to our trip each year. We love staying in this condo. It's clean, location is perfect, and the owners are incredibly friendly! We like to think of it as home away from home!

Wonderful condo!

Loved this unit! Clean, well maintained, and decorated so nicely. When we arrived there was a tray with a delicious loaf of bakery bread and a bottle of wine to welcome us. There were other little welcoming touches, like a few complimentary toiletries. Sheryl and Buddy were very quick to respond to any questions. This is our third time staying at Summerspell, but our first time in 310. It has been our favorite unit so far for the above reasons and we plan to stay here again next year. I only have one suggestion: room darkening shades would be appreciated as there is an outside light near the bedroom window and at night the room is pretty bright. This however, would not keep us from renting this unit again! Thank you Sheryl and Buddy for sharing this unit and being such great hosts!

Spellbound by Summerspell

OMG where to start! The owners were so accommodating as we had a special event to attend. They made our entire stay feel like we were a priority to them. The condo is so welcoming and furnished for your every need. Beds felt like sleeping on clouds! The balcony was that something extra to sit and relax while watching the waves of the ocean. We had an absolutely wonderful, memorable trip and hope to visit again and stay at Summerspell!!!

Perfect Location

This property is closer to the beach than some of the condos that I have stayed at that are on the beach! Maybe a five min easy walk from the front door to the beach. Everything that we needed for the beach was in there chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and even a small cooler that was the perfect size. The location of the condo was also very convenient to some really good restaurants (Kenny D’s, Elmo’s Grill, Pizza By the Sea and The Back Porch) My kiddos (5 & 11) loved the bunk beds in the hallway. The sliding door from the living room to the hallway was a nice touch to block the sunlight coming in so they could sleep in and also allowed me to cook breakfast without waking them. We can’t wait to return!

The perfect place on Miramar Beach

I cannot say enough great things about this condo and the owners! First, our A/C went out on a 90 degree day in the middle of the week. I texted Buddy about it when we realized it around 5pm, and it was fixed and working by the time we got home from dinner around 9-10 that same night. We also got to check in around 1-2pm on the Saturday we arrived, rather than at 4. We were able to park at the condo and use the bathroom at the pool to change into suits and head to the beach before we could get in the condo. This unit has the best balcony view in the building, hands down, and the unit is very updated, clean and has everything you would need. There were 5 beach chairs and about 3-4 umbrellas, which were very helpful. Also boogie boards, some coolers, sand buckets, etc. Parking is easy, and the location can’t be beat. Short walk to the beach and to Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s, Alvin’s Island. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location and Perfect for Couples

This was our 3rd trip to the area, bit first time staying in a condo. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and had an amazing view of the ocean. The location was perfect... especially with beach access being directly across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo and Location

Property was clean. Location was perfect. View from balcony amazing. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and small cooler were perfect for our beach days. Loved availability of the two bikes to use too. I did not find a crock pot as pictured on top of fridge in photo - was planning a crock pot meal one night so had to use cooktop and the unit provides only one mega roll of TP so i had to make a second trip to the store for more. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. Welcome gift was also much appreciated.
