    The Space:

    Your Florida experience isn't complete until you've stayed in this fully outfitted condo tucked away between the palms and pines! You'll have access to a fitness center, a renovated lagoon pool, and two hot tubs during your stay, as well as a private balcony. Plus, the beach is just a short drive or tram ride away.



    Step out onto your private balcony and watch beautiful sunsets on Choctawhatchee Bay, native birds, and other wildlife as you relax and unwind from your day's adventures. There's seating for two out there, as well as sufficient indoor dining space for four and plenty of room to relax in the living area. Prepare your meals in the full kitchen, which comes equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Don't stress about dirty clothes - this property has an on-site laundry facility. In your condo, two cable TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi set you up for a movie night or for catching up on your favorite shows. The central air-conditioning ensures everyone keeps cool.



    This condo is in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which is home to four championship golf courses. Follow the path from your condo to the Baytowne Wharf Village that features more than 40 boutiques, eateries, galleries, nightclubs, and family-friendly activities that include zip-lining, outdoor festivals, fireworks shows, and winter ice skating. Bike riding, kayaking, fishing, a gym, a spa, golf, a treehouse, putt-putt, and tennis are all located in the resort. Discover plenty of shopping options at the Grand Boulevard complex next to the resort, where you can grab a movie or dine out. Of course, a day at the beach is always an option here - simply cross Highway 98 or ride the tram and you've practically arrived at the turquoise water and white sand beaches on the resort-front. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.

Room was very nice . Bed is not the best lol but we survived . Pool was too cold to use during our stay . Shower was very nice !! And the view is beautiful. The furniture on balcony is very rough and not kept clean. But overall would def recommend and stay again

Bahia - Baytowne Wharf

The unit was clean and very convenient to all of the Baytowne amenities. We loved the back porch as it was very quiet and backed up to a nice green space with a view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again. Very nice stay.

Enjoys our stay for our anniversary. Everything is close and within walking/driving distance. The room was awesome laid back and the private balcony was a definite plus. Will definitely stay here again

Great spacious condo with a great view!

This condo was everything we needed. Nice, inviting, spacious and clean, it allowed me to make a last minute wedding cake for my sister’s wedding! The location was amazing as well! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was fantastic! .

Perfect Little Getaway!

The condo was in great shape, had all of the kitchen and bath needs and a great sunset view over the bay! We enjoyed the walking distance to the restaurants and shops, ease of access from the parking garage and the gym. Would definitely stay again.

Easy Peasy

Lovely property, lots of activities. Easy access to Miramar Beach by shuttle, car or bike. Nice quite room with lovely view of the bay. The porch was one of our favorites-lots of birds singing. Very nice place.

Very clean! Beautiful view of the Bay!

My husband and I visited for a weekend to get away from the stressors hurricane Michael brought our way. This property is located not far from the village at Baytowne Wharf and the shops at Sandestin. We had a relaxing stay and will be returning home refreshed! We will definitely be back here!
