Southern Comfort is a Luxury 5BR/4BA vacation home that sleeps 14 people and only 50 steps from the gated beach access and only a short walk to the gated community pool.
The first floor hosts a stunning white kitchen, both beautiful and functional, with stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops and an oversized pantry with all the cookware needed, and hardwood floors through out the home. Large great room for gathering with a 55" YouTube tv for 3. One bedroom with a queen bed, 32" YouTube tv, and bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. A separate laundry room with full-size washer & dryer completes the first floor.
Up the stairs is a large primary suite with a king bed, 40"tv with YouTube, dresser, desk, large walk-in closet, & ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking bathtub and walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, & private water closet. Guests really enjoy the spacious 2nd floor balcony with 2 bistro tables facing the Gulf. An additional bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, 32" tv with YouTube, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
Up to the third floor you'll find a kid's loft/bedroom area with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds with an extra twin trundle, and a 55" tv with YouTube & an XBox. Pass by the third floor bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination into a bedroom with a king bed and a twin with twin trundle, 32" tv with YouTube, and walk-in closet.

Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and HGTV and is a popular destination for vacationers. It is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Weddings and receptions are not allowed at this property.

*The garage is not available for guest use. Parking available for up to( 3-4 vehicles depending on size.) Inquire about additional off-site parking. RVs and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

Pool heating (Available Oct-May) can be added for $45 per day plus tax for your entire stay. Pool Size 12x6x4

FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE MARCH 1 - NOVEMBER 30 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) Guests can bring .the additional beach gear provided to the beach. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.

Great location and responsive, friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay!! A group of 13 friends and family spent spring break here. There was plenty of space, the location was right in the middle of everything with beach access just across the road, management was friendly and prompt in responding to answer questions we had. The house provided all the essentials we needed to have a home away from home. We would definitely come here again!

Great house, great location!

Best place I’ve rented on Miramar Beach. Great location, half way between Popano Joes and Whales Tale, next to Bad Ass Coffee…. Private beach access directly across the street, great Front porch on both first and second levels, big bedrooms and nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen… the pool is small but our 7 and 2 year old granddaughters loved it and was a nice warm sitting pool for the adults… nice community pool as well. This was perfect for our 10 person visit!

A great House in A Great Location!

The home was very clean, freshly painted and in a great location. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were handled quickly (the rental agency is just across the street). The home is directly across the street from the beach entrance and is as close to beach front as possible without actually being in a beachfront home. The only negative is the noise. The home is located on a very busy street corner and it was spring break. We knew this when we made the reservation. A small trade off for the location and convenience.

Not what was advertised in pictures for rental. Horrible customer service and treated poorly

As not what was advertised in pictures. Was told by the office I should have google mapped the address in the contract instead of going by pictures. Was suppose to be beach front with a bigger pool was not. Bathroom was not handicap accessible. House had sand all over I Clyde g on some of the beds. 3rd floor was hot and sometimes reached over 80*. Owner stated he would give me a refund but we would then have to find a place to stay there was 11 of us from Illinois. This was our kids/grandkids Christmas Thankfully they made the best of it. I was furious.

The house and location to the beach were amazing. You literally couldn't be closer. The little pool at the house was great. The larger community pool was really nice as well. The only thing i wish id understood a little better was regarding the 3rd floor bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is a fantastic bonus room. There is no privacy though if a couple were paying their share for a bedroom. It's perfect for a family with kids or teens up there. zYou walk up the stairs right into the bedroom and you walk through it to get to the other bedroom. The only other thing id wish id have known was that while you're swimming, someone can and will come up and start surf fishing right next to ya. I live in a state where you can surf fish in designated areas at designated times so it was a little strange to me but to each their own. I've just never encountered that anywhere else I've stayed over the past 11 years vacationing in this area. My family loved our vacation and everyone we encountered along the way from the community was very friendly.

Great house; great location

Overall, the house was AMAZING and our experience was wonderful. The staff was responsive to any question we had. The pool was just the right size for our small children to enjoy and the proximity to the beach made the one huge issue worth it. On night 3, we saw a cockroach scurry through the kitchen and back under the stove. On day 4, we saw one crawling on the wall in the living room, which we were able to kill. We saw one a day, at least, after that. We had babies playing on the floor so this was a major concern. We killed as many as we could, however, the appear to be living under the stove in the kitchen and we weren’t able to get every one. It was pretty gross.

Great holidays expirience

The house provide space for the family as well as private space, both really needed when staying for more than three days, location is great with access to the beach a few steps from the front door, and bars and restaurants a waking distance. We had a superb christmas and new year time, would love to repeat it.

Southern Comfort was perfect for our 2 families celebrating our graduates. House was directly across from the beach access and slept all 11 of our guest comfortably. The kids loved the pool to enjoy after coming back from the beach.

Thanksgiving with Family

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house comfortably accommodated our party of 9, ranging in age from 6 to old. The beach access is located directly across the street and was as convenient as any beachfront house I've stayed at in the past. Highly recommended!
