Unit 174 is a first floor beach cottage in the gated community of Hidden Dunes. Great unit for families or couples. Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches or relax on the screened-in patio while listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby fountain. The beach is just a short walk, as are the tennis courts, grills & pools. The community is gated with 24 hour security.

Property features two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom features a king size bed, while the guest bedroom features twin bunk beds and a full size bed. Fully equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer. Recently updated kitchen & master bath.

Hidden Dunes is just a half mile east of the Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlet Mall and just minutes from the Destin Commons shopping center as well as Baytowne Wharf and Village.

We stay in this area at least once a year and we love it! This condo was STUNNING! Plenty of space for family travel. Just a small walk to the pools and beach. Shea was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had. 110% recommend staying here for your next family vacation!

Perfect Location!

The condo is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. Property grounds are well kept and the walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. We loved the golf cart shuttle to and from the beach. The pools are amazing! I would highly recommend Hidden Dunes Resort!

Close to the border ocean and clean

We have stayed at the Hidden Dunes Resort before and have loved it every time and this was no exception! The condo was clean and very spacious for all 4 guests. The proximity to the beach was great, we would stay again!

Relaxing and enjoyable

The property was exactly as advertised. It looks as though an interior designer coordinated everything. Beautiful, spacious and clean. The property also had a vast amount of kitchen essentials including lots of Tupperware and a variety of pots and pans; I’ve been staying at beach homes since I was a kid and never seen such a well stocked kitchen. The master bath and bedroom are so nice. It truly felt like home away from home. Shea was responsive and so kind in messages, too. We enjoyed our time. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Will absolutely be back!

I spent spring break in this condo with my 3 children (my husband will be joining next year!). It was absolutely amazing. We immediately felt at home. My 12 year old daughter would have never left, I swear! Shea was always quick to respond, and even gave restaurant recommendations! The entire property is beautiful, and SO family friendly!! Cannot wait to be back!

Lovely space

This is one of several units we have rented over the years in Hidden Dunes. This was one of the smaller units but we enjoyed it just as much. It is adorable, nicely updated and well maintained. The location was an easy walk to a pool or the beach. The unit contains everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Newly Renovated - Great Location Cottage at Hidden Dunes

Cottage is in great location. Recent renovations to unit are very nice & make very "beachy". Unit patio looks out to fountains and good access to pool. Plenty of space for family with children with the two bedrooms. White Diamond Beach Service as once again very good at getting us beach chairs & umbrellas to meet our desires.

Loved our stay

We had a great stay and loved the condo. It was clean, a beautiful location by a fountain that made for very relaxing morning breakfasts with the family, and the owner was easy to communicate with. The condo had a smart thermostat, but the owner was not adjusting it, which was AMAZING! We’ve stayed in a condo before with a smart thermostat and the owner kept adjusting it to 75 at night. Very thankful for that from this owner! The only thing that was a negative for us was that the pantry was locked (which I understand that the owner needed private things locked up), however, we had to use the counter space for all of our food. That was a slight inconvenience. Overall, an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo!

We always enjoy our stays at Hidden Dunes and love this place! Great condo and great hosts. The only downside is being a bottom unit, you will hear everything going on in the top unit if it’s rented…. Thanks for a great stay!

Hidden Dunes condo

Great location, nice grounds, serene wooded walk to the pools and great access to the beach. Not crowded in this area of Destin / Sandestin. Condo was very "beachy" and practical, just what we wanted! Nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf was a lot of fun, too.

Worth a second trip

Great location and easy walk to the beach!! Security at gate was very nice and helpful! My two sons and their loves stayed with us! Plenty of room for us to hang out!! Will definitely come back!!

Great Vacation

This rental was perfect for our family getaway! It was beautifully decorated and much larger than I was expecting! We especially loved having lunch on the screened in back porch. The walk to the beach was pleasant. And just a short distance away. The pool was close by and our afternoon swim was great after leaving te Beach each day. The owner, Shea was so nice and helpful! She was even able to work it out for us to come a day early! We would for sure rent again! Already can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very well decorated and felt roomy for the five of us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We also appreciated all of the beach gear provided. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Summer getaway

Property was beautiful except for dated bathrooms. Both showers were less than ideal. One hard to adjust water temp, either scalding or cold. The other shower slow to drain. Owner made aware and stated next on their list. Would definitely stay again at this site if bathrooms repaired. Loved the location in the complex. The screen porch was a plus and received alot of use.
