This house could have been better if they had taken care of it. We immediately noticed dirty floors when we entered. We were stepping on sand and bits of dirt throughout the entire house. Found a vacuum in the closet, and that wasn't working properly. Musty smell in the bathrooms and closets. The master shower could use some cleaning, and the ceiling fan above the toilet made weird noises when turned on. The shower liner in the second bathroom needed to be changed out. There was red mildew on it. They literally only provided two pillows for each bed. Wished they provided more for comfort and having options to choose from. Couldn't find bedding for the sofa bed except for a quilted blanket and a few throw pillows. Had to search the house and found two pillows in the master closet that came with no pillowcases.We had to use our bath towels to throw over. They only provided one toilet paper roll for the entire duration of our stay (5 days, 4 nights) . I read a prior review and prepared extras. Also, couldn't find a chopping board in the house. Overall, this place was only okay. The private pool was our favorite part.

Great house & location

Loved the house, private pool and the location. My only complaint was when booking, the listing showed it came with golf cart. The golf cart was removed a week or so from listing before we arrived. I tired to reach out about this but got no response.

Perfect getaway

The house was beautiful and the private pool is pristine! When I bookd this rental it advertised a golf cart was included, but there was not one provided. Otherwise, this property was the best part of our stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home - awful management company

This house was gorgeous and in a wonderful location. It had a beautiful pool and was close to the beach. However, the management company (Southern) was awful. They did not provide basics in the house. No trash baskets in the bathrooms. No dustpan. I asked for two days to get one. One dish towel for the week and no dishrag. I bought a couple for the week. I know you are supposed to bring your own trash bags, but there was not even one extra. Normally, rental homes near the beach will have beach chairs or a beach umbrella or even beach towels you can use for the week. Not here. No hair dryer. No sheet pan or strainer in the kitchen. It just seemed that there was nothing but the basics and we did not pay for a “basic” house. It was not very welcoming or hospitable. I loved the house, but I think the owner needs to reconsider who is running and representing it. I recommend the house but not this company.
