Great Condo

I’ve stayed in several other golf villas at Seascape over the years anywhere from 1 week up to 5 weeks. This is the first time I’ve stayed in this section of Seascape and wasn’t sure how I was gonna like it, but it proved to be very peaceful and quite. The villa itself has been the most updated and clean one we’ve stayed in so far. The kitchen had the basics/ what was needed with the exception of spices / foil, etc. They do let you know this ahead of time so at least you can prepare for what you might need. /clothes.

This was our first family vacation with the grandkids. Villa 4B was exactly what we hoped it would be, conveniently located, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

Seascape

The property was great! The seascape community area was great. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the pool. We also walked around the golf course. The property was a great location to access everything Destin has to offer! Would definitely stay there again!

Some rest, plenty of relaxation.

This property was accurately described and worked well for our stay. We were able to bring our dog which was a real bonus. The property was very quiet and allowed us to relax. The walk/drive to the beach wasn’t bad at all, especially since you typically only do it once a day. The one issue we had was the master bed. It was very uncomfortable and sags toward the headboard. It felt like my feet were above my head. Rental properties really should get new mattresses every 5-7 years minimum. People go on vacation to rest, relax and recharge. A new mattress/boxspring would have us considering this property again. Other than that, we were pleased with the location and amenities it had to offer.

The gate employee should be fired. His comment to us with children in the car is unacceptable. The room was not cleaned. The sliding door lock was broken and would not lock to secure the home.

Family Getaway

Property is clean and had plenty of space for 3 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog. Plenty of Towels and extra linen. All appliances worked. Very quiet and peaceful. Definetly have to drive to beach and to pool. Pools that renters have access to are OK definetly not as nice as the pools at the towers. Only negative is some of the kitchen pots, pans need to be replaced. Some have rust stains also a k-cup type of coffee maker would be nice. Would recommend and would stay again.

Suggestions

Enjoyed our stay. Couple of easy suggestions. The master mattress is in major need of replacing. Sinks on one side to a point of total discomfort. Other side sinks but not as major. Didn’t sleep well. No Kerig coffee machine! Everyone should own one! LOL Hope this helps.

Just OK

We enjoyed Seascape Resort overall. However, the condo definitely needs a new cleaning crew, When we arrived immediately we noticed the screen was busted out from the door wall. I called Renee & she did have it fixed within 2 days. But the floors were not clean and when our granddaughters arrived & went into the second bathroom to shower there was a clump of hair in the drain. In our master bathroom the vent/fan right above the toilet leaked the entire time with a nasty rusty dripping solution. The chairs on the outside porch are awful, dirty and need to be thrown out! We booked another condo in Seascape for next year but I wouldn’t book this ever again myself.

Great place!!

We enjoyed our stay at Renee’s villa. The bathrooms were nicely updated and spacious. We had everything that we needed including chairs for the beach. Might recommend a table on the patio to enjoy meals out there when the weather was nice. The villa is in a quiet area of Seascape and a good walk to the heated pool. Renee was always quick to respond to any questions we might have. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing!

The property was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. The unit is beautiful and in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. If you want a nice unit with everything you need that is close to the beach without being noisy, this is the spot for you. The owner was very responsive, so that is really nice.

Nice property!

Nice place to stay. Had an issue with the washing machine not working and the owner was prompt in getting it addressed and fixed right away. Has updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Great location

Overall our stay was great and we will absolutely stay here again next year. Convenient location and owner was very responsive when the washing machine decided it to wanted to be on vacation. Place was perfect for our family of 5 and best part was being able to bring our fur babies.

Nice Accommodations with easy beach access

Older unit, so key access was a little inconvenient (no keypad), but inside was nicely updated. Right on golf course with easy beach access. Only downer was the washing machine was on the fritz for our entire trip and was unable to get repaired while we were there. Luckily other traveling companions had a working washing machine that we were able to use.

Just Do It!

We arrived to a very clean condominium. The living spaces were the perfect size for my husband and twin teenagers. The first night there, it rained but it was perfect for settling in! We brought our small portable grill and ate grilled wings outside on the large fully covered patio, while having a few delicious beverages!! And this was only the first night! Vacation is what you make it❤️ We made plans prior to our trip and we’re able to do a lot of what we wanted to do. The rest of the trip was just hanging out and enjoying each other and having a lot of fun. Really appreciated the parking lot that we drove to that is directly across the beach...and only accessed by Seascape Condominium vacationers. This condo is not far at all to the beach. The water looks so beautiful that I may never forget it! Our stay was perfect, quiet, fun and private. We brought our toy Maltese and toy poodle too! And I’m not sure who enjoyed it more! It’s a toss up! Our dogs quite literally smiled the whole trip, and they loved looking at the birds, lizards and squirrels that would come up to the patio and visit. Just do it people! We had an incredible time! Plan on going to Big Kahunas and floating down the river! Bring a basketball because our boys shot hoops all week at the new basketball outdoor court with other boys. You’ll find it. Thank you so much to Renee and her other partners for being there when we needed questions answered. One last thing...rent a golf cart! Just do it! So much fun! Too much fun!!😁❤️

Ciuidnhwve been cleaner needs furniture updates.

Something spilled all down the kitchen cabinets. Hair in the shower drain. Furniture needs to be updated. The chairs outside need to be replaced. Was great fir letting the dog catch the ball and exercise. Nice to get away from the noise . You do have to watch for flying golf balls. For the price, it will do! Just take your own cleaning supplies.

Quiet Get Away

We had a great stay! The condo is tucked away on the Seascape golf course—very peaceful! The condo itself was great for our family of 4 and our pup. The beach was beautiful and the location is perfect. We also rented chairs and an umbrella—highly recommended!! The beach is a pretty good walk, but our kids are older, so not too bad. Next time we would bring our golf cart or rent one. We had a fantastic week!

Beautifully renovated two bedroom condo on a gorgeous golf course!

This downstairs 2 bedroom condo is gorgeous, clean and one of our favorite we have stayed in at Mirimar Beach. The renovations and upgrades are great and there is a washer and dryer to boot! Definitely worth every Penny!
