Sea Glass Cottage is a beautiful 6 bedroom 6.5 bath home located in the quiet, gated community of The Villas of Frangista Beach! This newly constructed home features a large private pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that can also be heated, private beach access, included golf cart, and sleeps 18 comfortably.

The first floor offers the convenience of a master suite with private bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and living room with an 80" TV and Sonos system. On the second floor, you will find 4 master suites all with king beds and private attached bathrooms. The third floor is a large open room with 4 queen beds (bunks) and a full bathroom. Perfect for all the kids!

This home has a private beach access but is also located in between Pompano Joes and Whale's Tail. Both have lots of parking, public restrooms and showers, and beach bars.

Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, Sea Glass Cottage is just minutes away from the sugar white beaches, restaurants, and shopping!

Everything was in order. Only issue to improve on: put the golf cart code on the info sheet with all the other codes for the property. Although listed on the info sheet the code for the golf cart was blank. They did message the code but it would have been easier to find if listed with other pertinent info. All that being said, the home was great.

Would definitely recommend this place! It had plenty of room and having the pool was a big bonus. Had a minor issue with the ac, but the owers were attentive to responding and had the issue addressed and fixed quickly. Enjoyed getting to use their golf cart to shuffle around the area in!

Absolutely Amazing

We were blown away by this amazing house! We enjoyed breakfast together every morning, hanging around the pool, and spending time together in the evening. Everyone had their separate rooms with bathrooms! Everything was close by and the golf cart was fun and handy! This place exceeded our expectations!

Good stay

Beautiful home with lots of space for our large group. We loved having bathrooms in every bedroom and king size beds. It has everything you need in the kitchen and more. The distance from the beach was further than expected, but we did have a golf cart.

Perfect Stay!

Our family had a fantastic week staying here! The pool was heated, the house FULLY stocked and perfect amount of space for our family! It in a great quiet neighborhood. They had a few baby items that were super helpful to have. The house has every kitchen item needed. The pool was cleaned every few days and when our heater wasn’t working super well, the owners sent someone to check on it quickly!! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

Amazing Multi-family vacation

This was the first time our family has stayed in a big house together so we were a little anxious, but there was no need to worry. This property had everything we needed and then some. We cooked large meals for 15 people every night and they had every pot and pan and baking dish we needed. They even had a crockpot! We used the outdoor grill one night and it worked great. The washer and dryer were in constant use with all the people we had staying there. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was very clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the pool every day and the cute backyard with loungers, chairs, tables, and floats. There were enough for everyone. We had a couple kids with us and they loved it. They provided beach chairs and a tent which was much appreciated since we flew and couldn’t bring our own. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again. I would like to share the few pitfalls we had but they weren’t dealbreakers. The parking is a bit of a challenge, due to strict HOA regulations. (The security guard sat outside our house each night and made us feel intimidated.) If we could have one wish it would be a larger common area on the main level. With the amount of people we had we needed more space downstairs. We needed more kitchen towels or rags. There were sugar ants on the kitchen countertops.It would’ve been nice to have a blower for the pool deck. The trees were dropping things and we couldn’t walk barefoot.

Great Beach House!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The pool was a hit for adults and kids, and we spent most of our days swimming. The golf cart was great to get around and use to go to the beach.

Great vacation!

We couldnt have chosen a better place for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed. Amazingly stocked kitchen. Great backyard pool and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each adult couple. The third story kids bedroom was great and the kids loved having a space of their own. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful home tucked away in a gated community just blocks from the beach. The backyard is wonderful and so private. Pool was warm and bigger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking if you wanted to and loved how each room had access to a bathroom. Highly recommend staying here.

Great lifetime friends

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The pool was wonderful, clean and warm. It was so wonderful having a bathroom for every room The 6 person golf cart was wonderful to have for rides to get coffee and to the beach. Great communication with the host who was very accommodating to us. We left all of our beach chairs we purchased for the home because they were so accommodating to us. Beautiful Home

We stayed here with 2 other families and couldn’t have been happier. The house was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable for the 12 of us. It’s in a great location, the use of the golf cart was very convenient. The only complaint we had was we paid to heat the pool, but it wasn’t warm enough for us adults to go in. The kids, of course, didn’t mind. We did get refunded for it for a few of the days. We would definitely stay here again!

Family/friend vacation

This property was perfect for our stay! We had 3 families with children if various ages and everyone had enough space! The home itself was clean, well maintained and furnished with everything we could need. The golf cart was nice to use to get around if we wanted but the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all! We paid the extra fee to heat the pool and glad we did; if we weren't at the beach, the kids were in the pool! We would definitely book here again!

Wonderful property!

We absolutely loved this house! Very clean, great location and accurate to VRBO listing. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and offered some shade later in the afternoon which was needed after a day at the beach. The golf cart was an extra bonus and great to get around! Beds were comfortable and house was welcoming. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect for a large group

The house was perfect. We had 10 adults & 5 children. We heated the pool & very happy we did. The grandkids were in the pool before breakfast. We did use the gulf cart which I highly recommend. The kitchen has everything you need. Enough seating outside around the pool for everyone. The bedrooms all have there own bathrooms, so no waiting for showers. We never ran out of hot water with all the showers. The beds were so comfortable. Having a washer & dryer was great. This is a gated community which was very nice. It has a large grill & a Traeger pellet smoker which we used both. Thank You for the wonderful family vacation.
