This fully equipped cottage located on the green in Sandestin Resort Fairways is the perfect setting to experience all the resort has to offer. From restaurants and entertainment in Baytowne Village, to a day on the beach at the Gulf, you can do it all! The 4 person golf cart is an added perk to the home and may be unavailable for usage for guests at times for repairs, maintenance etc, As of 7/16/26 the golf cart is being replaced and is not available for use.

*Fully outfitted Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with a 60" TV on the main floor overlooks an outdoor deck for dining and grilling (propane). Powder Room off entryway.
*Second floor Master Bedroom with a King, 42" TV, beautiful view of the green, private bath with double vanity, tub/shower combo.
*Second bedroom on second floor features a Full bed and a roll away twin bed, 42" TV, peek of the Bay to the North and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
*Propane Grill. Keurig Coffee Maker. One car can park out front. Golf Cart included with rental.
*There is also a washer and dryer located in the unit.
