Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. We were disappointed that we were not able to use the game room and extra bedroom/guest house. The guest house was infested with termites which we reported when it was discovered. I would have thought that they would have sent someone to clean them up, but they didn't. The game room was very musty smelling, which I realize we were next to the ocean, but we have never encountered this previously. Both of these things were reported. Also, upon checkout my grandson left a brand new disney jersey in the 4th floor closet. I reported this six hours after leaving the property. I was told that the jersey was not found; you have an issue with your cleaning staff. The jersey was there. I had requested a partial refund due to the bugs and musty smell because we truly were not able to use those areas and had to make alternative sleeping arrangements for our grandchildren. I do have photos of the bugs which I sent to the management company and I cannot access on this device, but would be happy to send if you would like to see them. Overall, this did not change the outcome of our vacation, we had a wonderful time.

Fabulous Family Vacation Home

We had our entire family for a week in this beautiful vacation home. It’s extremely well stocked and I don’t think you could get any closer to the beach. The property management is excellent!

Family Gathering at the Beach

The property is absolutely beautiful and is right on the beach which was perfect for our family! We had 9 adults and 3 little ones so being able to enjoy the beach without having to drive there was perfect. The home is spacious and well appointed. We did have to purchase extra things like toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent etc. that for the price we felt should have been provided. The A/C on the first floor stopped working one day and it was quite uncomfortable on that floor throughout the day but they were able to get a technician out the same day so that by that evening it was working again which was greatly appreciated. Property management responded quickly whenever we communicated with them which was also helpful. The pictures of the home are accurate and the home has been beautifully remodeled. It even has an elevator which was helpful for taking luggage to the upper floors. We had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely stay there again!

Great location, beautiful house with awesome views

Great place for a large family, right on the beach. Views from the living area and the rooms facing the beach were worth the money. Top floor/rooftop lounge was so nice. The house was tastefully decorated with comfortable and stylish furnitures. The Shipwreck community was small, quiet with friendly people and the private beach that wasn’t crowded. Many rooms to accommodate large families but Recommend 22 people for a comfortable stay. The property management staffs were so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend the house

The Perfect Family Reunion

The home was perfect for our group of 22 ranging in age from 4 to 75. The many large bedrooms were perfect for the adults to have their own space and bathroom. The bunk room and game room with bunks allowed for the girls to have their own room and boys to have theirs. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The home is beautifully decorated and clean and includes all the items necessary to cook for a large group. I would return with a big group in a heart beat! Loved our stay!!

Amazing Vacation

What a beautiful house and amazing beach! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and couldn't have had a nicer vacation. The house is really beautiful and well stocked. The elevator came in handy for those having problems with steps and for getting the luggage to the upper floors. The private Shipwatch Beach with chairs and umbrellas ready for us every day was fantastic. We saw Manatees, dolphins, stingray, turtles, and other wildlife during our stay. The white powder sand and emerald water was the best we have ever experienced. The management company checked in on us and made us feel very welcomed. They were a text away for any issues we might experience which was comforting. We would rate this house and management company a 10 if we could. Thank you for a wonderful Vacation experience!

FAMILY FESTIVE GET AWAY

What a wonderful week at the beach surrounded by family! The home was set up perfectly to accommodate each sub family in their own space, yet a comfortable space to gather all together. The view was spectacular! We saw dolphins every day! Thank you do much for sharing your beach home with our family!

Exceptional Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our 3 generational family of 19. The location is incomparable. Beautiful beach, stunning water, daily beach service. The layout of the home allowed everyone to gather together, as well as find a respite from the crowds when needed. It gets a lot of use and needs a few minor repairs, but overall a wonderful house that allowed us to make memories for a lifetime.

Great Location But Needs Attention / pictures and description are deceiving

The views and the location is absolutely amazing! The amount of space for large groups is amazing! But, there are a laundry list of issues that need to be handled: -Pool liner is peeled away from corners and exposes rotted wood. The pool ladder is also loose. -Pool chair was broken and a family member almost fell off . -Patio chair on second level has a broken leg. -Batteries died on 2 door keypads and locked us out . -Windows are not in good shape and almost broke a family members finger when it was attempted to be opened. After unlocking the two tabs, the top window came slamming down on his pinky and it got wedged in between the two windows. -Neither garage door opener works . Door also gets stuck in manual operation. -Washer and dryer is pitiful for the amount charged to stay here. They were old and can only do small loads. -Washer and dryer in guest house is not hooked up properly so if you use them it steams up the whole area . -Outdoor porch outlet does not work. -Entry gate will not close to secure home at night. -Master bedroom on 3rd floor has trim around the fridge with nails sticking out. -Dishwasher is also old and not very good so we hand washed all the dishes . -Microwave did not work. -Drawers in kitchen and a few bathrooms are off tracks . -2nd floor bedroom lost power twice and we had to chase down the breaker . -The only bedroom with any kind of closet / storage was the 3rd floor master. -Our gate code stopped working after 3rd day so security gaurd had to give us a new one. -It absolutely DOES NOT fit 4 vehicles for parking unless you all drive small sedans or mini vans . Trucks and larger passenger vans will barley fit so you will have to park all the way at the entrance and walk back and forth. -Other than all of those items it’s potentially an amazing place . But as it sits , it’s not even close to being worth what was charged to stay there. On a positive note: Diamond Rentals was amazing! They definitely made you feel welcome and kept you in the loop.

Almost Perfect

We had 23 people stay here and access to the beach was excellent! The bedrooms are spacious and most beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the game room was a life saver on the rainy afternoon we had. A few things could have been better: dinner seating is for 17 not 28, some bedrooms have no window coverings or dressers for clothing, the first floor game room in the guest house has no bath attached, so middle of the night access meant walking outside to get there, 4th floor sleeper sofa isn’t comfortable at all, and the fire pit doesn’t work. Overall, we found ways around these and we made memories that will last a lifetime!

Stunning

The property was as advertised. We got to watch every sunrise and sunset from the house. The beach in front of the house was never crowded. Every single member of the group loved the house. We would stay here again!

Paradise

Everything was magnificent from the stunning ocean views, to the home itself. My husband really enjoyed his 50th bday surprise and we would definitely recommend this home and stay here again. The staff was great responded to our needs immediately and made sure everything was picture perfect. See you next year!

Wonderful

Although some kitchen appliances need a little attention, the house itself is wonderful and inviting and the appliances were quickly looked into upon request. We had 22 guests and everyone had a comfortable and fun experience. The house was just as advertised! Property management was easy to communicate with and willing to help in any way. We hope to be back!

Beautiful house with gorgeous views

We had a total of 16 people stay at the house and it was very roomy and didn’t feel too crowded. The house is beautiful, there are a couple thing couple thing that could be better, i wished it had a deep clean before our arrival. I messaged the property management about a couple things that could be addressed and within 30 mins someone was there to fix any issues we had (which I was not my intentions). They were very helpful and accommodating. My only big complaint would be that we should’ve stayed longer. The views from the ocean view rooms were amazing. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay here again!
