A solo 200 metros de la playa, esta encantadora propiedad de 2HAB / 2BA cuenta con una enorme pantalla plana de TV en la sala de estar, con pantallas planas y capacidad para 6 personas. Had a great vacation. Property was exactly as described, walking distance to the beach. Host was in communication throughout, even provided some local recommendations for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This was a very nice place to stay! Very close to the beach and pompano joes! The property had beach toys that could be used at the beach if u didn’t have any ! A very convenient spot. The host was very attentive and fast with messaging me back if I had questions. The house was great overall, me and my crew had few to no issues!

We stayed here the first time in 2023 when I was pregnant with my now 18 month old. We were happy to see it was available again this summer. So close to the beach we could walk there in less than 5 min. Host was wonderful, as she was our first time there. Nice quiet little spot. We were already talking about going back next year. Only cons were the water pressure in the master bath could be a little better and the washer and dryer are pretty loud (but I’m sure they’ve had their share of use as we used them a lot.)Pro: loved the additional ice machine since our last visit. Used the fridge machine for drinks and stand alone ice machine for our coolers. Thanks Tiffany!

Awesome family vacation

The place was clean and good size for our family. Had everything we needed and 5 minute walk from the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you guys for great hospitality. Prettiest beach we have ever seen!

We really enjoyed our stay! This place was perfect for me and my family. Just a quick 2 minute walk from the beach which was very convenient. The owner was really quick to respond and make sure we were comfortable with our stay. Everything was there that you would need as far as bath towels and wash cloth and hand towels and dishes and spices. All this was very convenient! I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place and great location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach every day. It is located close to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend staying here and we would love to stay again.

First time visiting Destin

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and check-out very easy. This rental was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience

Great stay! Perfect location!

Great experience. Perfect location centered around food and barely a walk to the beach. Place had everything needed. Owner was very communicative and willing to help with anything needed. Very nice person. Definitively will book again and again the stay was very inviting.

Amazing Place!!!

This was our second time staying here and once again it beat all expectations! Noticeably they’ve made some upgrades with appliances that really tie the whole place together. Communication was extremely easy and the owner is quick to respond. It really is 200 steps from the beach and is in the center of everything. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Girls trip to the beach.

Really loved this location. The beach was really close so no having to fight for parking on the beach. The property was neat and clean. Nothing to complain about but would like to make a suggestion, that there be a body mirror. Us girls love to see what we look like . Would definitely stay again without a doubt. This location is also very close to a seafood restaurant called Pompanos and it was delicious. We walked to it and only took not even 5 minutes, again didn't need to fight for parking.

Some hiccups understanding the exact unit reserved. Advertised recently renovated but a little thrown together. Owner communication/text was very prompt and helped resolve any questions.

I will start with the positive. The rental location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Tiffany communicated promptly with you when you contacted her.Now for the negative, the moment we opened the door to the rental the smell of Raid or some bug spray was so strong you could barely breathe. We had to leave the door open. I asked my husband to see if he could open the windows in the bedroom. That is when we noticed the filth. The blinds were caked with layers of dust. The side tables had not been dusted along with the headboard and sides of the beds. The floors were also dirty. I sent my husband to the store to buy Lysol and we already had spray to do the beds for bed bugs. I contacted Tiffany to let her know. She said the blinds were part of deep clean that happens periodically. I don’t think her people clean at all. I asked for them to come back out and redo the floors that still had sand from the last renters. We had to cover the sofa we blankets to sit on it because it did not look clean. I just expected better.

The property has potential

It was a unit that has a lot of potential. The property is close enough to walk to the beach. It does not look like there have been updates to this unit in quiet some time. The living room furniture is very used and stained. (my family and i did not sit on it the entire stay due to that) The pots and pans need to be replaced. (all are very used and scratched up) There are a few holes in doors that appear to have been poorly replastered. We did not see any bugs however when we arrived it smelled like roach spray and we smelled that very strongly during our entire stay.

Close to Beach

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was very close to the beach!! We were thinking from the pictures that the property was 2 units, but it is actually 4 units. We rented the downstairs unit and my only complaint is the person in the other unit beside of us lives there full time. I felt him to be a little nosy and while outside on the porch he would walk over and use the water hose attached to our unit. This would be my only complaint so this is not much to complain about!! The owner was great with every accommodation!! We will definately stay here again!!
