Relax and Enjoy Gulf Views & Excellent Pools, 3rd floor, Garage Parking

Come enjoy our beautifully decorated third floor unit in Beach Resort, with Gulf views from our private balcony. Beach Resort was built in 2006, small 64 unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck pavestone for your enjoyment. The complex is across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The Beach Resort has 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom: King bed and a 50” Flat Screen TV with a private bathroom.

Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom: Kid friendly bunk room with a twin over full bunk well as a 37” TV. A split barn door provides privacy.

Living Area: this professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes a designated garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, 50" flat screen TV, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — short walk to the beach — and the pool was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the property clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Our week in Miramar

One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Loved morning coffee on the balcony. Pool is clean and well kept. The beach side chairs and umbrella were money .. very nice touch. Comfortable bed. Side note: hit up “fun pug” bike rental for some sick beach cruiser bikes… a highlight of our trip

Beautiful piece of property.

Room was spotless, very clean. Balcony overlooking pool area. Pool area was gorgeous. Plenty of chairs, bbq's, areas to eat. Also had clean bathrooms on deck area.

Family vacation

It was our first time visiting Miramar beach and we will definitely be back! The condo was perfect for our family, the kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds and having thier own little space! Everything looks as the pictures show and the view was amazing!!

Spring break for the 3rd year in a row

We love this property and keep coming back! The owners are responsive, the condo is clean and meets all our needs for a family of 4. The pool and maintenance staff keep a clean and safe grounds as well. It was perfect!

Awesome vacation spot.

Awesome overall. Finding the parking lot was a bit tricky but we did get there at night. Great pool and BBQ area. Great beach. Guest room was a bit small - ideally the condo is for a family of four only. Patio lovely. There was hair clogging the bath in the master. Overall, we loved our stay. Close to many restaurants. Thank you.

No false advertising here!

This property is exactly as advertised. In fact, the photos of the pool do not do it justice - it’s really large and very beautiful. Check in was easy, communication from the host was right on spec. Will definitely stay here again.

Family friendly

We stayed here for a week and it was a very enjoyable week! We have a 7 and 4 year old and the pool was perfect for them. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. We had our wagon and it made it much easier and a must. We’ll definitely come back and rent this condo again.

Great place to take your family

This was our 1st time at this particular condo but our 8th time at this complex. The pools and grounds of the facility are beautiful and very clean. It’s family friendly and quiet. The walk to the beach isn’t bad and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella the owner provided for the week. This rental provides covered parking and that was a huge booking perk for us so that our vehicle didn’t have to sit out all week in the heat and sun. One little issue with the bathroom floors not being cleaned upon arrival but host was apologetic and we also understand the cleaning crews are swamped this time of year. We can’t wait to come back to Miramar!

Our 10th year- and the best by far

The unit was as advertised. Kitchen was the best, most well stocked kitchen for a family that cooks a majority of our seafood meals! The Ninja blender was great for smoothies and frozen drink- now I have to buy my own! Extra items left in the unit also make it feel ‘lived in’ which is great for a family. Unit was very well decorated and felt beach-y! We enjoy the location and size of the unit especially for the price. We don’t mind the short walk to the beach entry and beach chairs being included are always a savings for us! The in-unit laundry and full 2nd bath are always great (family of 4- have stayed 5 before too). The full bed under twin bunk was a nice bonus too. Built in dresser and small closet in the additional room was a nice feature as well! Extra towels and garage parking were also a plus for us this year! 10/10 recommend this unit and location!

Very nice condo in an older development with great pool area

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and was a great layout with the separate bunk area and full bathroom attached. Super quiet (and quick) washer and dryer, rolling trolly cart was great for getting grocery's up to the condo. We appreciated the responsiveness/speed of the elevators when called, especially travelling with babies, IYKYN lol. Overall the condo was great and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

Beautiful

This condo was beautiful and the pool at the resort was like no other we have had before. We loved how private the pool area was to the outside. Only had one issue with the condo water heater, contacted the owners and they had a repair man out the very next day and issue was resolved. Would very much recommend this condo and resort. So peaceful. Our 5year old son loved the bunk beds. We booked for beginning of May so before peak season and often times had the pool to ourselves. Beach set up made beach days a breeze all you had to do was show up and the attendant would show you which two chairs and umbrella you could pick from. Thank you for a lovely place to stay for our vacation.

One week stay

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Master bed mattress not as comfortable. Pool area wonderful. Kitchen well supplied. Couldn’t stream on LR TV. Not sure if it’s a Smart TV? Didn’t need extra sleeping room but would be great for kids. Had issues with Master sink not draining well. Owner tried a few attempts to resolve. Very responsive to our emails. We have friends at Gulf Winds East so very close. Will for sure recommend to friends & family!
