Location, Comfort, Ammenities

Want to thank Pam for a wonderful family communication! Her communication was beyond amazing all throughout the process. The condo is perfect for a family of 5 maybe more if you want to hunker down in the big comfy couch in the living room. Pool steps behind condo, with outdoor area is great!. Easy walk to public beach and convenient to just about anything you would want. Definitely recommend renting golf cart for easy access everywhere. Condo was stock with lots of games which we used a lot. Also an outdoor porch with a cart, floats, chairs, etc. to take to the beach. Very Convenient!! Kitchen was loaded with everything you need to cook. Was everything you want in a condo for a week out the beach. All the great reviews don't lie!!

Great place for the fam

We loved this house! Great little community. Host was great! Small issue was resolved very quickly! Beds were all so comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Beach supplies were so nice to have too! Pool was great for when you're tired of sand. Walk to the beach isn't bad at all, but it gets busy fast so get your spot early. Not far from good places to eat and shop. Thank you for letting us visit your place!

Everything we expected and then some...

This vacation rental was everything that was advertised and then some. More than ample sleeping arrangements for our group. Pam was exceptional to work with and very prompt responses.

Empty-Nester Girls Trip!

We had a GREAT time and even though we booked during spring break and there were HUNDREDS of young kids everywhere, we joined in on the fin and made the best of it! Great location and easy walk to the beach! Only thing that could have been better is if they put in a HOT TUB! Thank you again for our stay!

Lovely Home. Excellent Location.

The house is well appointed and laid out nicely. There were 8 of us and there was room for everybody. The pool is just outside the patio and the beach is a short 5-minute walk. Pam, the owner, was incredibly responsive and just all around wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great owners and home

We recently stayed during a summer softball tournament for my daughter. We were looking for something affordable, clean, by the beach, and with a pool. We found all of those with this house and the owners were fantastic! They answered all of our questions promptly and were very friendly when we needed something. The house came with absolutely everything we needed to have a great time. We will stay again if we ever make our way back to Destin/Miramar!

Perfect Vacation

We stayed 2 weeks at this location. It was perfect for our family. The condo has everything you may need. The beach takes about 7 mins to walk to and the pool is right out your back door. The grill /patio was perfect . The area is super quiet . This condo made social distancing easy with its own entrance during the pandemic . We felt very comfortable staying here . The owner and their communication was above and beyond. You will not regret booking. The pictures do not do the place justice. We were impressed walking in as it was better than we expected ;). Plenty of space . We can’t wait to return. The beach here is just gorgeous!

Your place was beautiful! We had a great time!

We had a great time, owners were easy to communicate with! The only problems we had were the floors being super dirty. I addressed the problem with the owner so hopefully future guests didn’t experience the same thing. There was also a plumbing problem with water leaking thru the chandelier onto the dining room table. The plumber came and temporarily fixed it until we had left but it continued to drip the last 3 days of the trip. The area is beautiful the pool is right out the back door so that’s great! We will definitely be back next year!

Home away from home.

Owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Available to answer any and all questions. Home was very well equipped... didn’t have to worry about packing beach stuff, as it had everything you would need. Loved that the pool was right at back door.

Vacation 2019

This was our first trip to Miramar Beach. In the past we have stayed at Panama, and SeaGrove Beach. By far this condo was the cleanest, will stocked and quietest area we have very stayed. Pam has been very easy to work with. She is very good with communication throughout your stay. We will definitely be coming back to this destination. On a side note we recommend to eat at Rockin Taco and ask for Tara D.

Impressively stocked and nicely decorated

This unit was very clean, nicely decorated and stocked better than any other rental I have stayed in. No need to haul anything from home for the beach including sand toys. The walk to the beach is not to far and there is a wagon there to haul your things in. We traveled with twins who are 2 1/2 years old. If you are a young family with smaller children the walk may be a chore but there is a rental place down the road to get golf carts and such. We just were unknowing of it until toward the end of the stay. There is a swimming pool just outside the patio door which was great for the kids. Also, I could tell by the photo’s that there was stairs. However I did not question or inquire about them which I should have. All the bedrooms are upstairs. We had a tough time with that. Also the third bedroom is attached to the master as a add on that was a balcony. This is ok but not really private if you need it. Who ever stays in there has to open the door and walk at the foot of your bed to the bathroom. For our family it was ok but I could see where if you did not know it could be a issue. The manager Pam was very quick to answer and very helpful. We needed a sink repair and she got it done asap. Back on the baby note. There is a pack n play and portable high chair in the closet. Pam if you could purchase baby gates for the top and bottom stairs that would have been a life saver. One other request would be a garbage disposal. I would definately stay here again. Overall we were very happy and comfortable.

Lovely townhouse in Miramar beach!

My family had a wonderful week in Miramar beach at this lovely 2-story condo. It is a short (five minute) walk to the beach, accessed next to Pompano Joe’s restaurant. The beds are comfy and there’s lots of room to relax downstairs. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the beautiful newly renovated kitchen and also used the grill one night to cook burgers. The pool is just steps away from the back patio and it is very nice too. My only comment is that it is not truly a 3 bedroom in the traditional sense. The third bedroom is accessed from the master bedroom by a sliding glass door. It’s fine for kiddos but it is not a private, separate bedroom. There is a fold out couch downstairs too. Just keep that in mind if you have more than one family wanting to share. We really enjoyed the place very much!

Awesome beach townhouse for an awesome vacation!

This townhome was perfect for a beach getaway with our family of 7. The unit is very updated and very well stocked in the kitchen. Although we ate dinner out we did cook breakfast and lunch everyday. We had everything we needed. It even had two coffee pots to choose from. The beds were comfortable, which is important to us with a nice variety of pillows to choose from. The screened in porch was an added plus and the gas grill a surprise. The pool was easily accessed from the back porch making easy to come and go. And the beach was a couple blocks away and an easy walk with the light weight wagon provided, to pull your cooler and the beach chairs, also provided. Bottom line, #great townhome, We will definitely be back!!
