    THE NEW BEACHSIDE II POOL is NOW OPEN and includes a hot tub, new landscaping and gas grills for guests use!

    This lovely 2nd floor condo has beautiful balcony views of the gulf with easy access to the pool and the beach. This recently repainted condo offers a newly designed bedroom and a freshly decorated living area. Cheerful furnishings, cozy seating, and a sleeper sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the beach vibe. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and offers a stunning view of the swimming pool and beach. Guests can enjoy a brand new 4-seat golf cart, perfect for exploring the Resort with ease! For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. Note: The hallway that leads to the condo front door is accessed by 3 steps - there is no ramp.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice, the beach view was beautiful. Our only complaint was the beach setup. It was very expensive, but we paid it to have the beach view, however, we were not aware that others could set up umbrellas, chairs , whatever right in front of you and they did , ever day !! If we had known this, we would have brought our own chairs and umbrellas and saved ourselves a lot of money . So, if you stay here, just bring your own stuff and set up wherever you want.

Great location

Loved this property, perfect location and had a great time exploring Baytowne area on the golf cart. Highly recommend dinner at Bijoux down the street. Can’t wait to see the new pool on my next visit.

Great stay, location!

Loved everything about our weekend trip here. The convenience of location and golf cart was great. Pool was never crowded and the beach was gorgeous. First time in SanDestin but not our last!

Very clean condo. The beach was right out the door. The whole Sandestin area was awesome! We were glad the condo had a golf cart. Made getting around very easy.

Great place to stay for a couple. It will even be better when the pool is finished. Housekeeping should wipe down the balcony during renovation.
