THE NEW BEACHSIDE II POOL is NOW OPEN and includes a hot tub, new landscaping and gas grills for guests use!

*The Beachside II building is continuing with exterior stucco and minor construction work during Fall of 2025 through Spring of 2026. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for any minor inconvenience this may cause.

This lovely 2nd floor condo has beautiful balcony views of the gulf with easy access to the pool and the beach. This recently repainted condo offers a newly designed bedroom and a freshly decorated living area. Cheerful furnishings, cozy seating, and a sleeper sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the beach vibe. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and offers a stunning view of the swimming pool and beach. Guests can enjoy a brand new 4-seat golf cart, perfect for exploring the Resort with ease! For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. Note: The hallway that leads to the condo front door is accessed by 3 steps - there is no ramp.

NOTE: Please add the following to the nightly rate: Cleaning $155, Processing Fee and Damage Waiver $125, Transportation fee $7/night, Tax 12%. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Balcony view and bedroom view were beautiful! Very convenient location on the resort as well as in the condo building itself! Parking was easy and appreciated the use of the golf cart too!

I was aware they were doing construction but was not aware they were going to be hammer drilling and chipping so close to the room and all day long. Two years in a row we stayed at this complex in the fall and construction was going on. Plus golf cart battery was dead when we got there. The charger GF outlet was tripped

Perfect location

This unit was perfect for our family. We enjoyed everything there was to do. We loved the golf cart access and the ease of accessing the beach. The unit had a great setup and appliances/kitchen resources were wonderful!! The only downfall was the construction sound from the pool, and we were not able to use it during our stay. We plan to visit again!! Thank you!

Really nice Condo- location is very easy access to the beach. Pool remains under construction directly in front of condo but we knew ahead of time and it did not bother us. Golf cart is so great and going over to Baytown Wharf is a must!!

The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. The place was clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. The condo was well stocked and met all our needs. Big plus is we did not have to wait for an elevator!!! The pool was not in service but who goes to the beach for the pool!! (There was a pool available less than 25 feet from the exit door). We will be back!

Perfect Honeymoon

Condo was perfect for our honeymoon getaway, we really enjoyed the view and the golf cart. It made our daily trips to Baytowne Wharf enjoyable. There was construction ongoing in the pool area but they were very accomodating in their start time (they never started before 9am). Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a seamless trip. Thank you so much!

Had a great time and property was awesome

Construction didn't ruin the trip because the location is great! The only note I have is that the listing says 2bdrm on the front page and its 2 beds not 2 bdrm. Didnt matter to us. REALLY easy to access the beach and property manager was easy to contact and available. I cant wait to come back.

The property was perfect for our stay. We are looking forward to returning after the pool and other construction are complete. One minor point. The golf cart had some minor intermittent ignition switch issues. The condo was clean but, there was a little room for improvement.
