***POOL CLOSURE NOTICE: The complex pool will be unavailable October 26–November 10 due to scheduled resurfacing. During this time, guests will still have access to the two SOA pools. Please note that resurfacing is weather-dependent, and inclement weather may cause delays or extend the closure period. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are completed.

Resort guests can take advantage of amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our stylish 2BR-2BA offers a king bed, a full living area with an HDTV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. For unexpected guests, the living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. The guest suite has a full bathroom and queen bed and sleeper sofa. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Walk right out the front door of the Pilot House and wander over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf which is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
