In the guest bedroom you will find a twin and queen size bed, perfect for families traveling with kids. The guest room also has a flat screen TV and large closet. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.

Kitchen is complete with all new stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking breakfast, lunch or a wonderful dinner.

Harbour Point is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center and offers offers free parking, pool access, easy tram access, secure location, and golf views. Harbour Point, is a quiet community perfect for your family , golf or private getaway. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. The beach is a short distance (1 mile) from the condo.

Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.*All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.

The Golf Cart will be parked in Spot #28.
