    Descansando en la cima de una colina en el tranquilo vecindario de Gulf Pines, Ocean Breeze captura no solo los vientos del verano sino también las espectaculares vistas de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Convenientemente ubicado entre las tiendas, los restaurantes y la vida nocturna de Sandestin Resort, y la tienda de diseño con descuento más grande del país, Silver Sands, el vecindario Gulf Pines ofrece un retiro privado del mundo con más de 1000 pies de playa privada para propietarios e invitados.     El adorno de pan de jengibre en las verandas otorga un encanto costero, y una paleta de colores en el primer piso de arena, cielo y océano agrega un elemento relajante al hogar. El plano de planta abierto le da la bienvenida a toda la familia para disfrutar del tiempo juntos, ya sea cenando en la mesa a las diez o reunidos alrededor del televisor de pantalla plana para capturar unos minutos del gran juego. There was a private beach entrance with plenty of parking. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having king beds in 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. Plenty of room for kids, which we didn’t need. Lots of outdoor living which was nice. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

The layout of the home and the beds works well for our crew. The private pool is great for the grands. It has a side yard where our little baseball player loves to hit and catch. Great memories have been made every visit! The only issue we had was the fridge - it was a new fridge. The freezer didn't make ice and the repairman came out on Tuesday. That's the only reason for the four stars - otherwise it would be five stars!

Only 2 tiny things the third floor is a very warm area, and the outside grill pool area has no covering for the sun. But other than that, very spacious. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware. My mother was happy with a bedroom on the 2nd floor because the beds were adjustable, and she was able to sleep very comfortable. The private beach was a plus and the beach entrance very close to house. We had an issue with the golf cart and the office had the problem resolved with hours. We were very happy staying at Ocean Breeze.

We where all impressed with the cleanliness! We also have great customer service. We had an issue with the ice maker and they came promptly to fix it. There was only one downside to this home. They only had one refrigerator so we where running to the store every other day. Otherwise, this place is perfect. We already booked for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used every bed in this house! That's how many people we had. (My parents, aunt, and siblings with their families all stayed). We all slept comfortably. The open great room helped keep everyone together. The couch was comfy and the dining table large. William, the property manager, was friendly and helpful. He called during our stay to check on us. I mentioned some loose door handles just to let him know as they weren't bothering us, but wanted to inform him. Dan and Cody came right away to fix them. They were kind and respectful. Our family tries to stay together each summer and this was a great experience. The kids enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and my aunt who typically can't join us at the beach because she walks with crutches was able to enjoy it in the pavilion at the entrance of the beach. The golf cart that was included was very convenient too! Loved being in the private neighborhood. The only downside of our experience was the traffic on the island and that the wait for restaurants the night we wanted to go out was 2 hours plus. We tried to make reservations, but it seems no one on the island takes reservations. Obviously this is not their fault but just a heads up for those who like to dine out. Thankfully that did not affect us too much. Overall a great stay!

What a Blessing! Incredible house, incredible beach access!

House was wonderful and clean. All beds were so comfortable, and we had 17 people! Golf cart was the best! AC kept whole house cool in 85+ degrees. We had plenty of gathering space on main floor! Salt water pool was amazing! Kitchen was totally stocked and all appliances worked wonderfully! Top floor balcony ocean view was amazing and a wonderful breeze! Great for morning coffee! The beach access was amazing, private beach for us was incredible because public beach part was Packed! I would recommend this home to anyone. Quiet and clean for this area

The house was very clean and roomy enough for our extended family of 19. This was our first time to this area and while it is more touristy than we prefer, we were thankful for the quiet of this neighborhood. Several lots are still under construction which affects the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood. I imagine this will improve with time. We had a few small maintenance issues which were addressed while there. A few suggestions for improvement would be additional mirrors in the bedrooms, more towel hooks in the bathrooms, and a little more seating in the living room. We felt we got what we paid for- the home is lovely and probably has the best stocked vacation kitchen we’ve ever visited.

Worth the wait

I booked this property in November for our July vacation. William and his staff were top notch from the start! A new owner purchased the house after we decided to rent and I was a bit nervous but I was assured the Renovation would be great and it was. Very clean and spacious house, close to the beach and golf cart was perfect. I would highly recommend this property. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming down to Destin for over 25 years. I am very reluctant to stay at a different house. Do not like to change. I was wrong. The house was very clean and everyone had the own personal space. We heated the pool, which came in handy for the little ones could swim. The golf cart came in handy to get to the beach. The owners and the management company were very personable and would bent over backwards to make sure our trip was fantastic! I would highly recommend this property.

The perfect house for families!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The design of this house accommodates a large family, family reunions, and the need for sleeping arrangements for a household of single adults (teens/college age). Lots of privacy to have your own space away from the downstairs gathering area with the multi-level design, porches, balcony and backyard. Pool security along with the backyard detached from the rest of the house felt very secure with our 2 year old grandson. Beds were so comfortable I would rent the house for the mattresses alone! House is immaculate! Love the high grade selection of kitchen items and dishes as we are a family that loves to cook. Location is surprisingly not far from the beach - we actually preferred to walk than use the golf cart. The property managers were the perfect host. We have never experienced such a concierge service renting with any other vacation home! The professionalism and ease made the rental so easy to manage. This is to be an all time favorite home for our family! We definitely plan to be back.
