Our newly listed (3) bedroom residence is perfect for families to gather for rest and relaxation, or for the active vacationer, Seascape offers (5) Swimming Pools, (18) Hole Golf Course, (8) Tennis Courts, (3) Pickleball Courts, Basketball Court & Bike Rentals.



The open floor plan is inviting for entertaining throughout the living room, kitchen & dining room which extends to the covered deck overlooking the contoured fairways and lush tropical foliage which encompasses the golf course and private pond. The outdoor deck can be accessed from the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. In the morning, cherish an a’ la carte breakfast and then take a stroll around the beautiful Seascape Resort.



The living room features a large flat screen TV with a sofa and love seat, where you can snuggle up with popcorn to enjoy movies, play games or simply kick back and enjoy the views. The dining room table offers seating for (6) with counter seating for (3). Feel free to dine alfresco on the covered deck table with seating for (4) along with (2) additional chairs.



The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious with a pantry. New stainless-steel appliances include; refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher and we offer a Keurig & Coffee Maker for all your brewing pleasures. The kitchen island offers counter seating for (3) - (5). Community BBQ charcoal grills are available outside the residence (bring your own charcoal).



The Master Bedroom is spacious overlooking serene views of the lake and golf course and a private entrance to the deck. The room features a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, chair, and comfy beach motif decor. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, walk-in glass encased shower, deep soaking tub, private commode, and large walk-in closet. The Guest Master Bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and private entrance to the deck. The bathroom is a shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a step-in shower/tub combo. The third guest bedroom features a queen bed and twin over twin bunkbed, ceiling fan, closet, and shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom. A large stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway between the guest bedrooms.



The resort is a gated community with security patrolling the resort. The condo is a self check-in residence with a private entry code to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. (2) unassigned parking passes are provided with your reservation.
