This wonderful home includes a lake view, fenced in back yard and a 6 seat golf cart to get around the resort and adjacent shopping areas. The second guest room holds a double bed as well and bunks with additional storage and flat screen TV.

Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
