NEW Luxury Home, Indoor/Outdoor Beach Living!!!

We're happy to offer our newly remodeled home for rent at the Delos in Miramar Beach. Miramar is the best place to be in Destin with access to all of the best beach restaurants and entertainment.

The “Stargazer” has been completely remodeled and we've designed it to create an amazing experience for everyone, with perfect sunset views, beautiful wide open beach access and a private martini pool!

WE'VE BEEN RENTERS…So we understand how important it is to have both a comfortable clean home AND a fun experience. You'll enjoy outdoor living and indoor luxury with brand new memory gel plush beds, fully stocked kitchen, large furniture AND fully furnished outdoor decks.

Due to HOA restrictions, tents and canopies are not allowed on the Beach.

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at John and Sandi's beach house! From the very beginning, they were wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond to all of my emails. The home itself is beautiful; spotlessly clean, with modern bathrooms and all the comforts you could hope for. We especially loved the heated splash pool and the unbeatable location. It was a real treat to walk straight down the steps to the beach and enjoy the included beach service, complete with chairs and an umbrella. The extra beach chairs, towels, and bodyboards were a huge bonus! I also took full advantage of the Scenic Gulf Drive sidewalks for peaceful morning runs/walks.Convenience was another big plus. The Winn-Dixie just down the road was well-stocked and had great discounts. We also took a dolphin/sunset cruise from Baytowne Warf and got to see dolphins and a gorgeous sunset. The Village of Baytowne Wharf itself is a fun, family-friendly spot, and it's only about 15 minutes from the house.One of my favorite features of the home was the balconies. I captured so many beautiful sunrise and sunset photos from there!This place was truly amazing, and I highly recommend it. We can't wait to come back!

This home was beautiful! We highly recommend for large groups.Please note that the bottom floor main bedroom and bath are not private. Guests enter and exit through this bedroom to have direct access to the mini pool and beach. It was suggested that our guests go around outside through a gate, but children cannot be expected to do this. The children's room does not have its own air conditioning vent and was VERY warm. It also does not come with its own bathroom. A large fan would be helpful to move the cool air into it. Overall, though, this property is great!

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing beach getaway. All the amenities, from the TVs to the washer and dryer to the refrigerator, were modern and in perfect working order.The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the three balconies offered ideal spots for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and gathering with family and friends. Our host, John, was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process effortless.We can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Our stay was wonderful as usual. This is the 4th summer that we have stayed at this beautiful home. It is the perfect location for family and friends to gather and enjoy. The back steps walk directly to the beach. And the small pool on the lower patio are ideal for a break from the sun. The rental includes 2 chairs and an umbrella along with many other small chairs to enjoy. We hope to return again next summer! Thank you for hosting our wonderful annual family/friends vacation.

Worth It

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, just as pictured. Updated, clean, modern, well appointed. Close to everything. Our grandkids loved the little pool and the access to the community pool was a big hit! The beach is amazing. The sand is like sugar! And of course, it’s just steps away. The only negative were the big groups of college kids down for spring break. But that was poor timing on our account. We had a spectacular vacation!

The beach is always beautiful. The home was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook when no we wanted. For us the beach service is a must and we enjoyed this service every day. Plenty of room for everyone to get ready and have their own space.

What a fun week!

We had our family of 5 adults and 3 children and everyone enjoyed the house and the location. The house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The owner, John was very accommodating to our time schedule. Our two young grandsons loved the video room and the gate was a plus for the 11 month old.

Beautiful home on the beach

This house is so beautiful!! We have been coming to Mirimar every year for the past 15 years and this is the third year in a row we have rented this same house. Everything about it is fantastic. It will be our new go-to spot from here on out! The hosts are wonderful and tend to every detail. They even left us a kind note and bottle of wine this year since we are repeat renters. This newly renovated duplex sits right on the beach in the heart of Mirimar. The beach access is right off the lower level balcony making it very convenient to come and go from the beach as desired. There is plenty of comfortable seating on the balconies so everyone can enjoy the incredible view. It is within walking distance to everything you'd need for a week at the beach. The beds are incredibly comfortable as well, and the large couch and furniture in the family room are perfect for family and friends to pile on. The small pool on the first floor balcony is a perfect way to cool off if you want a break from the sun. Parking is convenient and could fit 4 vehicles in the driveway if you needed. This house is a must for anyone traveling to Mirimar! Thanks for adding to the fun of our vacation. See you next year!!

Highly recommend would stay again

Great layout for multiple families. The kids had an amazing bunk room and plenty of space on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Plenty of pantry space for groceries. Able to fit a van, extended SUV, and jeep in the driveway. The small pool was a hit for the kids.FYI HOA rules don’t allow tents.

Great family friendly location

There were nine of us. Six adults and three Children under five. Really appreciated the small pool for our kids they loved it. And the option of being able to go to the community bigger pool when we want more space. Plenty of room for all three families to have their own space. You get an umbrella and 2 chairs set up on the beach every morning and they supply extra chairs. Bring a few extra umbrellas and there’s plenty of shade for the babies. Will definitely stay here again.

Stargazer - 50th Anniversary

The Stargazer property was perfect beach front to gather our three families to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Location and access to beach were awesome. Host was extremely helpful with all our questions. The property is well maintained and easy to operate.

Dream vacation!

We have been anticipating this vacation for more than 6 months and the kids kept looking at the pictures and imagining how our trip would go. Every expectation was exceeded! It was so relaxing to be able to see the kids playing on the beach when we were on the porch. Nice to be able to go back and forth to the beach whenever we wanted! Everything felt clean and tidy and communication with the host was smooth and problem free! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this house. It was in a wonderful location, the beach was not crowded since there are no large condos near by and close to everything in town. The home was a great layout and so clean! This home was one of the best stocked homes we’ve ever rented. We would highly recommend this home to anyone!

We love this place!

We loved our week here! We visit Miramar beach every year, and this is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. There was plenty of space for our family to sleep, but also plenty of space to just hang out and relax together. The kids loved the bunk room with the arcade cabinets. They only want to stay at this location from now on. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. It was a perfect week!
