Here is your own "Lil' Peace of Heaven"! This new, modern, & updated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation rental in Miramar Beach, FL located at Frangista Beach & sleeps 12. It's just a short 7-10 minute walk to the private beach access & a 5-minute walk to the community pool. "Lil' Peace of Heaven" also comes with a complimentary 6-seater street legal golf cart & 4 bikes with helmets so you can explore the area easily in style!


Upon your arrival at this beautiful vacation rental home, "Lil' Peace of Heaven", you'll first notice the charming front porch area with lounge chairs. The open floor plan concept provides a comfortable & inviting living area, dining area, & kitchen. The living area encompasses a large seating area with enough room for all to relax & gather around the 55-inch HDTV. The dining area is illuminated by an elegant chandelier, natural lighting, & seats 8 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The updated kitchen is exquisite with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, & everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal for the family. The master king suite on this level features a large private bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, & walk-in shower. A half bath is located off the common areas. The backyard boasts a private fenced yard & patio area equipped with lounge chairs & a gas BBQ grill. It's the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine & have a get-together for a family BBQ.


Take the stairs up to the second floor to get to the other 3 bedrooms, laundry room, & private balcony. As you approach the top of the staircase, you will be greeted by the bunk room first. The bunk room offers 2 twin over full bunk beds & a full bathroom with a walk-in shower shared with the queen room. The queen room provides access to the private balcony. The master king suite on this level offers access to the private balcony & a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bedrooms offer a 55-inch HDTV. Great stay

The property was as pictured and check in process was easy. The only thing we needed that wasn’t provided was additional blankets/bedding/beach towels but otherwise we had a great stay! Would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

This house was amazing! We have vacationed in the Destin area for the past five years and this was the best year yet! The house was spacious enough for the 10 of us staying together, the golf cart was perfect for hauling people and supplies to the beach, and the location was great to get to all our favorite spots. Our only complaints are a lack of parking for beach access and that the included bikes were unusable for different reasons (flat tires, broken chains) but after the first day, the kids weren’t interested in riding them anyway. We hope to come back to this exact house next year! Highly recommend!

Everything as was advertised. New house being constructed next door created a few noise and aroma issues when sealing their pool, but it was a great time. Add in the tornado and it will be forever a memory. See you next year !

Amazing beach vacation!

We absolutely LOVED this house! This is a gorgeous, pet friendly house, beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and more! Loved the golf cart and bikes. GREAT location! We had a lot of fun on and off the beach, super close to shops, restaurants, and beach. Great time driving the golf cart to check out and enjoy the area! definitely staying here again! Thank you!

Beautiful place!!

Beautiful place. It’s gets really loud, especially with small children. You can hear everything! My only complaint would be having to buy dish soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. I understand buying laundry detergent, since it’s my choice to do laundry on vacation.

Great house, location, and amenities, Glass Casa was excellent

First, Glass Casa was great. They are genuinely concerned about your stay and their customer service was outstanding. We did encounter some issues during our stay and every time we reached out to them, they had it resolved within a few hours. This is a beautiful brand-new house with high ceilings which makes it feel even larger. It is in a housing development that is still under construction. There are many nearby houses being built including the one next door. There will be some noise and dust/debris, but it was minimal during our stay. There are some nice amenities that were not advertised like a second refrigerator in the garage, 2 additional bikes, and lots of beach gear. The security patrol leaves around midnight which is unfortunate because one house across the street was extremely noisy all night long. This happened with two different groups renting the same house. The first renters also had four unleashed pit bulls which led to some unpleasant interactions with my small dog and elderly mother. This surprised me because the HOA seemed so strict on noise and dogs. BEFORE you arrive, get ALL of the codes for this rental. We learned that the hard way. You will need a code for the door, vehicle gate, pedestrian gate, golf cart lockbox, bike locks, beach gate, pool gate, and pool restroom. We were not given codes for the golf cart and bikes and were not able to use them right away. We also had a code to access the garage, but the lock was removed when it no longer would accept the code our second week. We don’t feel the house was ready to rent when we arrived. Although the house was very clean, all of the bikes had flat tires, the golf cart tires were extremely low, the only plateware in the kitchen was plastic, the grill was dirty, and the grill ignitor did not work. Again, Glass Casa quickly resolved all these issues as soon as we called and future renters will benefit from having these issues resolved ahead of time. We used the golf cart every day and drove to the public beach (2–3-minutes away). We always found a parking spot and could use the Whale’s Tail for restrooms and drinks/food. We preferred this beach location. The cart is perfect for Scenic Gulf Drive (25 MPH max) which can get you to many beaches/restaurants/bars. We rode the bikes every day too. They are high quality coaster bikes and comfortable to ride. Finally, the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property with the family for Thanksgiving. The house is spacious, very clean and well stocked. Our only complaint is a house that sleeps 12 should accommodate more than 2 vehicles for parking. You can’t use the garage as an additional space as the golf cart takes up the entire garage and “overflow parking” is a little over a mile away. Street parking is not allowed and the security guard will approach you with potential fines if more than 2 vehicles are in the driveway. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay and recommend the property.
