Majestic Sun 208B -

This newly renovated one bedroom, one and a half bath condo is the perfect place for your next beach getaway. With shiplap covered walls, granite countertops throughout, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, and a private balcony offering spectacular gulf views, you may never want to leave your room. The master suite includes a king sized bed with a luxurious bath en-suite. Custom built twin bunk beds are nestled in the hallway for the kids, while cozy furnishings await in the living room with a couch that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa and is great for additional or visiting guests.

Wake up to magnificent sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico as you sip your morning coffee sitting on private balcony. Spend a day of fun in the sun, swimming in the pool, the gulf, or just relaxing on the beach. Golf is only minutes away at many excellent courses and if fishing is your pleasure, piers and charter boats are close by.

You’ll enjoy the amenities at this top of the line complex that features in and outdoor pools and hot tubs. All units have unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Majestic Sun is just a short walk to Whale's Tail beachside bar and grill. Also enjoy the water activates offered on the beach (seasonal). The Destin area is filled with so many things to do! After your busy day, return to watch the sunset over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Second Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Nice location we have stayed at many units in Majestic Sun and love the complex itself.But this condo is a very small unit with no storage. No table to eat at, hard metal stools to sit on at the bar.The BR has a king size bed, 2 metal end stands and a small hotel like stand for your suitcase and a mounted TV Very small closet in the bathroom.Guess it Is ok for a weeks stay but we had booked a month. Beautifully decorated and clean unit, well stocked kitchen.

Never disappoints!

This is our “regular” place to stay, as we visit 2 times per year (Spring & Fall). We can’t seem to find anywhere else that is as clean, close to all the things and a beautiful view of the ocean!

A wonderful week.

Everything was fantastic. Wish we didn't have to leave. The only issue we had, maintenance showed up 2 days in a row unannounced. Would like to have had some notice. The view was great. The room was clean. The quest portal is ideal. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Almost like home!!

We stay in 208B every time we come. There are no negatives to this location nor the unit. The beach view is amazing and difficult to leave, after the week is over. We already booked our fall 2023 trip and have a countdown on our phone!!!! See you soon!!!

It was filled with cockroaches everywhere and had bed bugs as well. DO NOT STAY HERE whatsoever!! We had to cancel our entire stay here and they would not refund our stay! Please save your money and go somewhere else!

Beautiful view, needs a deep clean.

The condo itself is cute, view is great, close to restaurants and shops. The first day the tub completely plugged—-wouldn’t drain at all and almost over flowed. The faucet the water comes out of in the tub is about to fall off the shower. My 1 year old could have easily ripped it out. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced, all of our feet and the baby’s legs were black within a hour. Tile floor needs a deep steam clean as well.

Condo was updated & decorated so nicely. Perfect space for me, my husband & our son. 2nd floor made it easy to get to and from. The negatives are the master king bed. It’s super loud & squeaky! Every time my husband or I would move or roll over it would wake the other person up. Also, the cleaning job could be better & the place definitely needs some paint touch up throughout. Also no blow dryer in room so I had to go buy one-never had that in any condo before. Property is in a good spot. You can walk to a few restaurants & a coffee shop. The pool is ok-seemed a tad old & water was dirty but was fine. Overall great stay! Would definitely return.

Majestic Sun 208B - 3rd Stay

Our visit, once again, was great! No complaints with the condo. Took one star away, this time, for our only complaint with the actual compound, the pool was packed out, everyday, so we couldn’t enjoy it! However, if you aren’t one to be at the pool, this is a wonderful location! Love love love!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My husband & I came to Destin to celebrate my 50th birthday. Our experience was amazing! The condo was gorgeous, very clean, & great location!! We were able to watch the sunrise every morning & the gorgeous sunsets at night right from our balcony!! We were steps away from the sugar white sand & emerald exotic beach! Pools were clean & warm, hot tubs were on point! I would highly recommend this condo!!

2nd time staying in this unit!

This is our second year staying here and it doesn’t disappoint. Location is everything, as we like to eat on 30A a lot, so very convenient. We try to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Destin and this fits the bill. Looking forward to next year, as well!

Fun for the whole family!

There were a few hiccups on arrival but got them sorted out with Ocean Reef quickly. We enjoyed our stay and it was just the right size for my family of 5. My oldest(17) slept on the pull-out sofa. My 15 and 11 year old loved the bunks. They had plugs next to each bunk bed which was awesome. So many nice touches throughout. This was our last vacation as a family before our oldest leaves for Marine Corps bootcamp in August. We are super grateful for the memories!

Great place all around

Fabulous location and probably one of the best decorated condos we've stayed in. Nice appliances, 2nd floor, great views, walking distance to restaurants, everything needed was provided. The only negative was storage place for clothes but who cares its the beach. Would love to stay again.
