Mainsail 361: 6th Floor 2BR 2BA. Great views, location and price for the beach.

  • A great view from the balcony of this 6th floor 2 BR, 2 BA condo in Building 3 greets the morning sun and offers afternoon shade. The bedrooms are queen size, and the hide-a-bed sofa is full size to sleep a total of six guests. The keyless entry front door directly overlooks the resort's main swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area. No road crossing on the way to the beach for our guests! Just stroll down the walkway to the beachside elevator which lands at the dune crossover. A one umbrella and 2 chair beach set-up is included with your rental (March - October only). Extra set-ups and paddle board/kayak rentals available on the beach. Inside this beachy, upscale furnished unit you have new flat screens in living room and bedrooms plus WIFI. All your shopping needs are close by the complex.

Condo was excellent! Host was great! I asked for recommendations and he was very quick to respond. Condo was very clean. Easy access to a beautiful beach. We has them set up chairs for us and did pay for second set. Was very easy to do. Had pool and hot tub that were great as well. Would definitely come back again!!

Clean room with a gorgeous view. The host was super ! He was in communication with me from the moment I booked until check in. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The host even sent me dining suggestions as well as other info regarding the area. He really was a great host.
Destin beaches are breathtaking.

The owner was very informative and accommodating in the middle of some difficult property construction that limited parking greatly. The elimination of the tennis courts and conversion to parking should mean this will never be an issue again. There were some work arounds, but generally it was as good as it could be a d thankfully, we never had to park far away and use the offered shuttle. The property is very nice with direct beach access and everything worked out great. Absolutely no complaints from us as guests.

Relaxed and Refreshed

We were delighted to stay so close to the beach with beautiful view high enough up to see the sunrise each morning. The Beach chair setups and elevators were so nice and made the daily trips to and from the beach much less hassle.

Leaving our stay this morning and so sad to go. Everything about this trip was easy! The elevator on our floor that took us straight to the beach, the condo being so close to amazing food, attractions for us and the kiddo, and all kinds of shopping. The balcony views from the living room balcony are better than any pictures we had seen! There are boogie boards, buckets, and laundry chairs in the closet to take to the beach - and the two chairs and umbrella down at the beach service were so convenient. The day we got there the front gate staff had to step out unexpectedly. They let us in and we called Jerry to get information on where to park and how to get up to our room. He answered immediately and was nice and thorough in making sure we were comfortable in his home. Next time we visit this area, we will definitely be keeping this VRBO in mind!

Great condo & location

We really liked the condo! The layout was nice, we particularly enjoyed the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, which is important to us as we usually like to make dinner a few nights when we go on vacation.

Great Getaway

Great location with private beach access. Great communication with owner who had everything we needed at the condo. Coffee, groceries, and outlet mall were also all walking distance.
