Seaside Getaway is spacious & tastefully designed, providing ample room for everyone to be together or break away for some quiet time. All rooms including the (3) bedrooms which sleep up to (10) persons, have natural sunlight flowing through the oversized French doors to fit the space with high ceilings, white wooden blinds & beautifully designed open staircase to the second floor. The villa is blessed with (3) bedrooms & (3) full bathrooms all with flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans, & walk-in closets. The open floor plan allows for everyone to converse throughout the kitchen, dining room & living area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with marble countertops & stainless steel appliances. Your chef can have his/her own space with extra room to invite helpers. The large round wooden dining room table has seating for (6) & the kitchen counter has seating for (4). If you choose to BBQ, the gas grill is located on the back patio, which also has a high top table for alfresco dining overlooking the lush greenery in the backyard high-top seating for (4).
The living room features an amazingly large 75” flat screen TV with seating to include a large sofa & (3) chairs where you can snuggle up & enjoy movies or play games! The French doors off the living room, offers the front entrance balcony with (2) chairs to enjoy a great book or a place to let the sun warm your face.
Second Floor Sleeping Accommodations ~ The master bedroom has a king bed, desk & chair with a spacious en suite bathroom; double sink vanity, deep soaking tub, separate glassed encased shower & private commode. Step outside the French doors with your coffee & breakfast to a spacious private deck with (2) Adirondack gliding chairs & table. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a private balcony with (2) tall Adirondack chairs to enjoy the morning, afternoon or evening. The long hallway between the two bedrooms has a built-in bunk with (2) twin beds & they share the Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The stackable washer/dryer combo is located in a closet off the hallway.
Main Level Sleeping Accommodations ~ The 3rd bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor with a queen-sized bed, desk & chair, sitting chair, full bathroom with a tub/shower combo & separate lock-off with a single vanity sink & commode that double as a Power Room for the main area. The French doors open to the back patio seating. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa.
(2) free parking passes are provided for the assigned parking spots in front of the villa. Additional parking is first come first serve in the front area parking (no guarantees). No boats, trailers or golf carts.
We offer (1) complimentary beach chair setup (1) umbrella & (2) chairs with your reservation & additional setups are available to rent through the vendors or you can feel free to bring your own umbrella & chairs (no tents or canopies are permitted).
On a final note, the condo is a self check-in residence with a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.
• No Smoking - This unit is a smoke free unit. Hefty penalties will apply if evidence of smoking is found or smelt within this residence.
• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
