Our home is located within the fabulous Gulf Walk complex, right across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than a mile to Winn Dixie--a close place for groceries. Across the street, you’ll find great restaurants, like The Surf Hut and you're one mile from a great outlet shopping center.

When you book our amazing beach townhouse at Gulf Walk, you’ll be given a keyless entry code for easy access (self-check-in). There is space for 2 vehicles to park at the house, and additional parking is based on availability at the complex entrance. As our guest, you’ll have access to the GulfWalk Complex swimming pool.

Whether your stay is centered around vacation, business, or just rest & relaxation, our beautiful townhome can accommodate your needs.
The Gulf Walk complex is just steps from gorgeous emerald waters and white sand beaches. (We can also accommodate large groups at this same complex)

If working is a must while on vacation, don’t worry! You can enjoy blazing-fast Wi-Fi for all your work or streaming needs.

Here’s a breakdown of the house, so you can know exactly what to expect:
Kitchen: Prefer to cook your own meals when you’re away from home? Don’t worry! Our townhome has a fully stocked kitchen! You’ll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including full-size appliances, a large variety of pots, pans & dishes, a coffee maker, a double toaster, and a blender for your smoothies (or frozen margaritas)!

Dining: Gather around our large family-style dining table each night to enjoy freshly grilled seafood or to play a board game! There’s plenty of room for everyone! In the mornings, you can sip your coffee at the breakfast bar, or head outside to the covered patio or 2nd-level balcony to enjoy the warm sea breeze.
+A highchair is provided for your little ones.

Living Room: The living area has plenty of seating with 2 sofas and a comfy chair. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the 65” HD TV with Roku or enjoy quality time playing board games. We have a selection of fun games and even a full poker set to make the night memorable!

Bedrooms (2nd floor): After a fun day in the ocean, everyone will be thankful to have their own restful space to retire to. Our home has 3 bedrooms with 6 spacious beds.

Outside: Beach get too crowded? Don’t sweat it - head back to the Airbnb and enjoy a relaxing poolside day at the on-site complex swimming pool. Our townhome has a covered and private patio area with a gas grill and comfy seating that opens up to a large green area. You can spend your evenings grilling, swimming in the pool, and truly unwinding- isn’t that what vacation is all about? On the 2nd level, you can laze on the balcony (the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee)!

Additional:
+Since you’ll only be a 5-min walk to the beach, enjoy using our free beach wagon to haul your coolers, towels, and sunscreen. We’ll also provide 2 chairs and a beach umbrella (a $50 daily savings)!

+There is a full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, so you can conveniently launder your clothes daily.

+Traveling with little ones? Our home can accommodate even the smallest of guests. A high chair and baby crib is available- just request them upon booking!

+Our Home is pet friendly! Don’t leave your furry family members behind.

+ Cleanliness is our priority! Our townhome will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay (read our guest reviews). Our staff uses CDC- approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizers against the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. We make sure to also disinfect all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy..

Gulf Walk Complex is centrally located in the heart of everything you need for an awesome vacation! With its prime location, you’ll be close to water sports, shopping, snorkeling, waterfront restaurants, and of course the ocean!!

If you’re seeking an adrenaline rush- try parasailing, jet-skiing, or banana boating at the nearby watersport parks and rentals for a fun and unforgettable adventure! If you are looking for something unique and even more extreme, the adventure parks or off-road tours nearby are definitely worth the experience!

For retail therapy, the premium outlet malls are just minutes away from our beach home. We’re located just a few miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with a pop-up fountain at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway which also has a movie theater!

Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area and mesmerizing ocean views. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.

We also recommend checking out Dolphin Reef if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing sea life that calls the reef home. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs for your safety. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
