We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hair dryer, beach towels, additional umbrellas and beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation. *All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other busy times of year.

Great view and location.

Condo has a wonderful view and is in the perfect location. We enjoyed the location to the beach, close restaurants within walking distance and overall a relaxing atmosphere/vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

The views from the living area and bedroom were phenomenal! It was the perfect size for our family of 6. We loved the private pool and beach access. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Decor & View!

Stayed here with my husband and daughter and we truly enjoyed it. The view of the ocean was amazing. Condo was beautifully decorated. We just had problems with our code for the beach access, but it wasn’t a major issue. We would certainly stay again!

Vacation 2023 #603

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The location is directly across from the beach access gate. We have booked Vrbo several times and the whole process is so easy. We are already looking forward to next year!

Beautiful unit with stunning views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this property. It was spotless when we checked in! : ) The decor is fresh and cute, everything looked very new. Nice touch - the original paintings done by the owner I think. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed. Highly recommend and would definitely book here again.

Fall Beach Fun

Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from the condo. Loved the heated pool which looks out over the beach. Easy access to the beach and loved being able to walk to eat lunch or supper at Kenny D’s. Weather was perfect. Look forward to returning!!!

Perfect Ocean View

Location and amenities are excellent, outdoor pool being on beach side is something I underestimated being very nice. Kenny D’s being beside Leeward Key and the outdoor seating is a great experience. Location to everything and the boardwalk and walking/bike path make the neighborhood inviting to walk. Look forward to coming back to this unit. Clean and easy to clean with all tile and washer/dryer/dishwasher.

Easy access to the beach. My most favorite: elevators always there when you need one, usually empty. Easy access to garbage shoot. I never heard my neighbors.

Easy beach access, great location

Second time staying in a property owned by Renee at Leeward Key. Great location. 2 restaurants right next door and across the street. Beach is beautiful and right across the street from the condo building. The only thing I would change is the shower heads, the water pressure is intense and is uncomfortable especially on sunburnt skin so having a different shower head with a more adjustable flow might help, it's not something that would keep me from staying here again though. Looking forward to booking for next year!

Perfect vacation!

Our stay at Leeward Key 603 was absolutely perfect. We don’t have a single complaint. I am a clean freak and always bring cleaning supplies when we travel-there was nothing to clean here! Spotless! Everything worked as it should have, and we had everything we needed to get started on our stay. This condo has to have the most beautiful view of Miramar Beach, there is no doubt we will stay here again!

Excellent Stay

Just as described. Views were wonderful. The space was clean and as described. Only issue we had was with our beach chairs. We had to wait in line everyday to get priority seating with our complimentary chairs, seems like this could have been managed by the week and another the day or should just be first come first served. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.
