Welcome to the HIGHTIDE HIDEAWAY! This beautiful condo is just a few steps to the ocean and white sandy beach, the Whale's Tail, and all that Miramar beach has to offer. The ground floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a full over full bunk bed, full bath, kitchen, living room, and a relaxing covered patio overlooking Lake Stewart. Store all of your beach supplies on this back porch for an easy pull to the beach. The second floor has views of the ocean from the private master balcony. The master bath boasts a large garden tub. The full size washer and dryer are also located upstairs. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and a sleeper chair. Seascape resort is a private resort with a golf course, new basketball court, new playground, pickleball courts, bike rental, golf cart rental, water sports, restaurants within walking distance, fishing, tennis courts, 5 swimming pools (2 heated), and breathtaking scenery. Come enjoy one of the many concerts and music festivals during the off-season (topeka live)! Seascape is just one mile from lots of shopping and a half mile from a full grocery store. MONTHLY and LONG term rentals available.

Questionable

Unit was dirty and bugs in silverware drawer. Much food items were left from previous vacationers. Top sheets were not even placed on the beds. Covered porch was horribly filthy. Lots of broken beach items. Smoke alarm missing and cob webs thru out. Cleaning service did not do their job for sure. Electric outlet loose from wall with exposed wiring. Great location for the beach but this unit needed inspections before renting.

Great location!

This unit is convenient to everything. Beach is just across street with chair and umbrella rentals as you reach the beach. Outlets and Winn Dixie is only a short drive. We spend most of our time at the beach and it was perfect. We had 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 7-10) and there was plenty of room for everyone!

A little slice of Heaven

Our stay was amazing. We loved that we only had a short walk to the beach. With doing all the activities it was perfect to just be able to go enjoy the beach after a day of fun. The property was very comfortable for two families to stay at. Anything we needed was just a few minutes drive away. With coming from out of state the only thing I would have liked was to have an umbrella and some beach chairs provided so we didn't have to rent them every day. Overall we enjoyed ourselves so much we will definitely be trying to come visit again.

Perfect location, Quick to everything

The condo is in the perfect spot: beach is maybe 60 seconds away, right by the gate & crosswalk to the Whale’s Tail ramp. It is only 5 mins to the nearest grocery store and plenty of stuff nearby including water sports & jetski’s. The condo can comfortably sleep 8 in the 3 rooms. We had no problems with the condo or the host, she is extremely helpful. Couple small things, the upstairs beds were a little worn in & i think the place could use some more hooks for clothes/towels, and extra paper goods. Overall still a 5 out of 5.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was so close to the beach and pool. The owner was great with communicating, anytime we had a question she responded promptly. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation!

This was an amazing vacation! Perfect location. It was a very easy walk to the beach. We only went to the pool once because the beach was so close and it was beautiful. The townhome was everything and more the description said it would be. There were pots and pans for use and super clean overall. They had boogie boards for the kids which we used. All the beds were so comfortable. All 7 of us slept so good which we needed because of eventful days. You really feel at home here. I can’t say enough. We will be back! Owner was also quick to respond.
