Additionally, this beachfront condo in Miramar Beach sits right on Old 98 and is just steps away from one of the area's most popular seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe's. Guests will love Into the Blue's convenient location! Plus, with three bedrooms, Into the Blue easily accommodates up to fourteen guests comfortably, which makes this a wonderful place to spend your next multi-family beach vacation.

When you enter the property from the street entrance, you'll find yourself on the main level of the home. The main level has a spacious open floor plan, hardwood floors, and chic decor. The home also features sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico as soon as you walk through the door. Into the Blue features a stylish kitchen with marble countertops, brand new stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and a Keurig. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar complete with a wine cooler that seats three people. The dining area is located right beside the kitchen and features an Amazon Alexa and a formal dining table seating five. The living room is also located on the main floor where you'll find spectacular views, a sleeper sofa, armchair, flatscreen TV, desk, a half bathroom, and glass doors that lead out to the back deck and the beach.

Upstairs on the top floor, guests will find two bedrooms and the laundry area. The first bedroom is great for families with a queen bed, twin/twin bunk beds, and a flatscreen TV. The hallway has a full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower with marble tile. The master suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and includes a king bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower with marble tile, and a private balcony.

The bottom level is a separate guest area that cannot be accessed from inside the home and offers complete privacy from the upper levels, perfect for multi-family or group getaways. This level also boasts amazing gulf views and comes complete with a second kitchen, bunk nook, and third bedroom. The bunk nook features twin/twin custom bunk beds and leads into the final bedroom in the home. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a combination shower/tub.

Outside, guests will love the gulf front decks. The main level's deck includes al-fresco dining for five and bar seating for four overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs, the bottom deck includes additional al-fresco dining in addition to a beach boardwalk.

Nice location!

Nice location. Parking is extremely tight. Mattresses are very worn. No way to lock back door for re-entry from beach, have to leave door unlocked. Patio furniture seat backs are broken.Other than that, great place.

Beautiful place & great location!

We loved this property because it was well stocked with kitchen supplies & linens, lots of storage space for belongings, short walk to the beach, beach umbrella/chair service, & was just a short walk to our favorite places (Pompano Joes, Bad Ass Coffee, Rolled Ice cream, & Alvin’s beach store). We ended up renting a golf cart across the street & was able to cruise along the beach to the outlet mall which was great! Some things were a little broken like a couple of the patio chairs & door lock to get down to the bottom floor, but overall amazing!!

Loved being on the Beach

Into the Blue was the perfect rental for five guests with one car, although it was advertised for 14 guests with two cars. The lower mother-in-law suite was a huge disappointment, lacking basic furnishings and storage, no dining chairs, dresser, nightstand, not a single clothes hook. Because the main suite back-entry door had no key, guest staying in it were trapped and could not get to their car or get out to the street.

My favorite beach vacation by far!

This is about the 5th or 6th time I have stayed somewhere along the gulf shore area for a week of vacation. This was by far my family's favorite stay of all of them. We were closer to the ocean than ever before, the beach was less crowded than any other place we've stayed, and the layout of the condo was awesome. My grown son, his wife and two boys stayed in the separate bottom apartment, while my husband and I had the master bedroom on the 3rd floor and our grown daughter and 7-year-old granddaughter shared the other bedroom on the 3rd floor. We would all meet on the middle floor for meals together. I loved that we had two separate balconies. We were able to walk to Alvin's Island for souvenirs, to Pampano Joe's restaurant and to the rolled icecream shop for a treat. Within a close drive was an outlet mall, several grocery stores and other shops. The only drawback to the experience was the very tight parking spots, which were hard to get in and out of, but there's really no way I can see for the owners to improve on that, so you just have to deal with it. All in all, this is the first place I've stayed at on a beach vacation in which I'd be happy to stay in again. I'm already missing the sugary white sand and the clear, clean blue-green ocean waves.

Annual beach trip

We are very happy with our stay at this condo! Being directly on the beach makes everything so easy with kids. Our area was private so we didn’t have to worry about over crowding. The condo had everything we needed so we didn’t have to leave the condo once! We had a little trouble with our Walmart deliveries arriving on time, so I would recommend getting that in early. No complaints here! Would stay here again for sure.

Family Vacation

The property was updated and clean. The unit was laid out very well for a large group of 12. The location is excellent and I was glad that 2 chairs and an umbrella came with the rental and were set up daily for our use. Only a few small issues with some of the furniture but nothing that really affected our stay. Wonderful place.

Great property. Plenty of room. Never ran out of hot water. The beach access was great along with the porches. Back door handle sometimes stayed open. Master bath door won’t close easily. Loose board on main floor porch. Could use 1 more parking place. 2 places isn’t enough for 12 people. Other than that, it was great.

Immaculate, Spacious and Exceptional Location

Easy, breezy, BEAUTIFUL! Got early check-in. Yay! Easy unloading with parking immediately in front of property. Lovely, clean interior with tons of space. Exceeded our expectations with the three outdoor spaces, a few steps to the gulf, and beautiful views. Comfy beds and excellent service by 5-Star property company! Best beach vacation in recent memory. Just wish the mask-judging tourists were as friendly as the locals.

The property was great. It was mid Dec, but temp outside was in upper 70’s we could not adjust AC above 69! The master bedroom was facing the ocean and stayed hotter than rest of the condo. At nights we were miserable. The bed also slopped down on each side which kept us trying to stay in the middle of the bed. Pillows were uncomfortable as well. I could never stay here in the heat of the summer. Such a shame because it is a beautiful property . But not a lot of sleep to ge had on vacation.

Family getaway

The Property is represented accurately in listing. The location is PERFECT. We could not have picked a better spot. The unit was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. You can literally walk out the back door and you’re in the sand on the beach. The separate downstairs unit smells very musty, and parking is ridiculously tight, but these were minor issues for us. Highly recommend.

Second stay in 3 months and we have loved it. Great location and feels like a private oasis.

I waited until our second visit to review this space to account for consistency. This space delivered both times. It’s a comfortable location and has all the basics needed. Management was attentive in checking in with us both times. It’s right on the beach and honestly feels very private because that beach space is for the property. It’s in walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and a short car ride to anything you need. Overall a good stay.

The only item I did not understand from the listing is the third bedroom is accessed from an outside door via beach side stairs (separate lockout). It is not connected to the main unit. Beach was fabulous and the unit was convenient for everything. If you stay here go have dinner at Fat Clemenza’s

Wonderful week

The property and week was all that we could hope for. All aspects of the house and the area was outstanding. We would definitely stay again. In the listing it would good to state more obviously that the suite downstairs was separated but not a problem for us.

Spent 7 nights and wished to stay more. Place is meticulously designed and provided with amenities and whatever a guest would need. Everything is sparkling clean. Plenty of towels. Recently renovated. Access to the beach couldn’t be better and easier. Gulf views and terraces are amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Beach Home

This is a beautiful home and is exactly like pictured in listing. The only things I would have like to seen would have been hair dryers in the bath rooms and perhaps a few extra kitchen pans. The home was clean. I would stay here again.

Beautiful

This was a wonderful stay for my family and friends. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It's location to the beach couldn't be any better. The townhouse had everything we needed for a week long stay. The beds were so comfortable. Whomever decorated this and picked out finishings did an amazingly job as it is gorgeous. We had 4 kids with us, so I would say it's family friends but also would be great for all adults, too. Although a private beach a lot of people were on it that were not staying at the property. Would certainly return!
