Gulf Views-Short Walk 2 Beach-Resort Amenities

This beautiful and bright Gulf view vacation rental condo, Majestic Sun 410A, in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort, is located directly across from the beach on the fourth floor and sleeps a total of 8. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of summer from your private balcony. With the rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV on the HDTV. The living room also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need for a home-cooked meal, a Keurig machine, and a regular coffee maker. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 9. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with the beautiful views that the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV and its own private bath. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, an HDTV, as well as an attached bath. This spacious vacation rental conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and sleeps a total of 8.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Excellent fall trip

Majestic Sun has been one of the cleanest condos we have stayed at in Miramar beach. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and was clean as well. Beach easily accessible. With little kids only about 2 restaurants that are reasonably walking distance but otherwise everything is kid friendly. Would recommend and stay there again!

Great stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this rental. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The only issue we encountered was that the washer and dryer were extremely squeaky and the dryer only worked on low heat. We would definitely stay here again! Perfect location and views of the beach! I just wish umbrella and chair service was included.

The condo was okay

Sofa bed is old and very uncomfortable. We did ask for top cushion, but they were not able to provide us one. However, we did get new umbrella since the old one didn't work great. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are old and very noisy. Kitchen pots and pans were dirty. We had to wash them before using. Bathrooms need to be updated. Air conditioning worked great and beautiful view from balcony. This condo is only accommodate for four not six people due to uncomfortable sofa bed.

Nice room but Housekeeping is terrible.

Would not stay at this property again. We made the best of it but the first night we arrived we had to have fresh blankets brought and wash the ones that were in the room due to blood on the so called clean blankets. We had to go out and get cleaning supplies on arrival because the floor was so nasty. I mopped the floor and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. BLACK! Housekeeping here is TERRIBLE. I should have got a discount for providing housekeeping services. When we arrived the woman was still cleaning our room and let me tell you, she was so ENTHUSIASTIC! She was throwing that mop around like she was mad at the world touching about every 2 foot. We even Had to have them bring fresh pillow covers before we could lay on the pillows.

My daughters senior Trip!

We had such an amazing time! the condo was very clean, they defiantly had everything you need! I loved how close it was to the beach! I loved the App that they have you install. You can literally find out anything about ur stay there as well as passwords,etc. the owner and VRBO was very responsive when I had an issue w the dryer making noise and needed parking passes! Defiantly plan to return! Very beautiful place, perfect home away home experience! The view was amazing!!!!!

GREAT DESTIN GET-A-WAY!

This was a first time trip to the Miramar/Destin Ft. Walton area. We were SOOO pleasantly surprised by how nice the condo was. The view was amazing. We had substantial room. We were thrilled that the condo was equipped with chairs, and beach toys. We had a little rain, but that was fine. The balcony was spacious & we enjoyed sitting out watching the weather. The condo was well equipped with 3 tvs, netflix, plenty of kitchen necessities, etc. The property had a beautiful pool, and hot tub. We couldn't believe how close we were to the beach. The view was incredible. The facility had elevators and everything was clean, and in top notch working order. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place!!

My fiancee (now wife) stayed here during the week of our wedding and it was fantastic. Very comfortable and homelike place with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was close to everywhere we needed to be during that week and a lot of cool restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone.

Great condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was in a great location, walkable to a few restaurants. Parking was easy in the deck behind the building. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the keurig. The condo also had beach chairs and an umbrella, which was very convenient. The company was easy to work with, making check in and check out a breeze.

Upon arrival the first thing that was noticed was the great location and great access to the beach.

Found the staff to be friendly and found place very clean. The view from the balcony and inside were just as expected. Shops and restaurants are close to rental. Though we did not use the pools, they looked inviting. Entrance is secured by security and plenty of parking space is available. Everything was easy access. Overall enjoyed our whole stay.
