El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana. Hay un cuarto de baño completo (ducha / bañera) combo unió al maestro. El pasillo tiene dos literas muy bien escondido, adosadas a otro cuarto de baño con ducha y una lavadora / secadora pila-poder.

Entra en la cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar, y no es su vista impagable! Relájese en el balcón y disfrutar de uno de los pocos uno dormitorios en Majestic Sun con amplias vistas del Este. Usted no querrá irse!

Majestic Sun es un magnífico edificio con grandes comodidades, como una piscina interior / exterior climatizada en los meses de invierno. Usted y su familia todavía se puede disfrutar de un baño si ha tenido demasiado sol o quiere alejarse de una tarde lluviosa. Majestic Sun también cuenta con 2 bañeras de hidromasaje, un golfo frente gimnasio y acceso a la playa escriturada.

Nuestra oficina está ubicada en la planta baja del Majestic Sun, así que estamos aquí para todas sus necesidades, tanto si quieres recomendaciones para excursiones de pesca, golf, o restaurantes.

Con el alquiler, se le proporciona con dos sillas de playa y un paraguas en su condominio que puede llevar a la playa, en lugar de gastar $ 40 al día usando el operador de servicio local de la playa!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed for 4 days and it was awesome Condo was nice, beach was right across street. Only downside was opening the balcony doors and instead of smelling the air from the beach, you smelled someone smoking on another balcony. Otherwise I would stay again.

The mattresses on the bunk beds were very uncomfortable and the king bed was pretty worn out. The ironing board needs to be replaced. Also, the pool hours should be extended considering the cost to stay Majestic Sun. That said, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view and brief walk across Scenic 98 to the beach!

Things I didn't like: loud construction outside my door, Condo and fitness room needs updating. Code to get in the pool and fitness center needs to be the same number.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I get two weeks a year vacation and was really looking forward to some relaxing time off. We had never been to Destin and decided to go. After research at VRBO I decided on condo 1006B at Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach Florida. Destin Palms made the rental process very easy. Their app. was also a added convenience. Two thousand dollars for six days was a stretch for me but I was determined to get a nice place with a good view of the ocean. We were very pleased with the security, building structure and view. Everyone was nice to us. Where it fell short was the room contents. The sofa squeeked and sat low as if the springs were gone. The t.v. would sometimes not come on and other times not want to turn off. The carpet was in need of replacing. The dryer took three cycles to dry a load of clothes, and worst of all the bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. The only new furniture was the coffee and end tables and bedroom set. The mattress was not new. The location was excellent and I love the area. The building was well kept and clean. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay anyway, but it could have definitely been better, for the price we paid. I would go back to Majestic Sun but never apartment 1006B.

I don't know what others consider to be great place to stay, but I thought it was wonderful!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, umbrella, float, and rolling cooler were provided! The resort gym was really nice also. I was concerned about it being across the street from the beach, but it was such a short walk across the street. The App made the checkin/out process a BREEZE! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again and book with Destin Palms!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation started on July 4th! We had an amazing view of the Destin fireworks from the beach directly in front of the Majestic Sun! We are huge fans of the Mirimar Beach area so we loved our location. The condo was nice but a little dated. We did notice however that it was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived as there was loose hair on the bathroom(s) floors. The view from our balcony was truly amazing! We would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the entrance door and frame to our room was previously busted up and cracked and really couldn't just close the door... It had to be totally locked. Another disappointment was that the screen sliding glass door going out to our deck was torn almost completely off the frame. It needed to be re screened totally. The choice of leaving the glass door open was useless... Glass door had to always be closed. Wasn't at all what was expected at that fee. Probably wouldn't stay there again. Amazing customer service, the beach umbrella was broken when we arrived at beach the first day of our stay, and they were there with a new one within an hour!! So awesome! The only thing, when we check in, the lady sitting at the front desks seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Maybe it was her first day? She had to go and get someone to help us and that person was very helpful.
