Majestic Sun 1008B at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a beautiful newly renovated, beach view, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach condo located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This vacation rental condo offers amazing beach views from all common areas and the private balcony! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


Upon entering this newly renovated and updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine as well as a regular coffee maker, and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal while the dining area and breakfast bar can seat guest comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV and private bath. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area off the hallway, perfect for small children. There is a full bathroom located off the common areas as well. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This vacation rental, Majestic Sun 1008B, sleeps a total of 6. Perfect for your next family vacation to the beach!


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and in good condition. Enjoyed the workout facilities and heated pool. The location is very convenient to everything. The ocean view was a plus coming from a cold and snowy location. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!

The condo was very clean, modern and really very nice! The location is key, beautiful views with the beach right across the little street. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back next year :)

Great location and beautiful view

My husband and I both said the location and view were amazing at this location We didn’t rent a car so we ubered from VPS and we walked to the outlet mall and other places to eat We knew by the listing that they don’t supply a lot of things so I made sure I packed some extra laundry detergent and TP etc…I know most of the VRBO in this location do not supply a lot I would have liked to have seen basic things like slat/pepper a few kcups to get you started because if you fly in you don’t want to haul all of that Just our thoughts The beach chair and umbrella was nice to have The umbrella holder was broken but we still managed. The pool area was nice to have and the indoor pool too because we had rain one day while staying there Overall, great stay and super location and view Just know not a lot is supplied for you NO shampoo and just alittle bar of soap (very small) so just things you may want to know before going Thanks we would stay again

Great location and family destination

Overall condo inside was clean. Main bedroom was comfortable, don’t have an opinion on the bunk beds. We did not use. Bathrooms were remodeled and functioned well. Kitchen-loved having the ice maker. Plenty of dishes and silverware available for use. Limited supply of supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, clothing pod detergent, soap and toilet paper. Unit shows wear signs. Cabinet film is pealing a bit and vents in bathrooms need to be cleaned. TV is NOT a smart tv unfortunately. They do have a DVD player for those that use DVD and basic cable was an option. Elevators in the building, they have 3 in building B. Only two officially worked but weren’t always working. That could be frustrating. Gym equipment, some pins are missing on the weight stack and the cable machine only works on one side to slide the rail up and down. Location! Excellent. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee and some shopping.

Great trip!

We really enjoyed this condo. It was spotless and the view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. There could be a little noise from being by the elevators as others have said, but we had a fan in the bedroom and that covered it up. I would suggest that the shower heads in the bathrooms be updated. There wasn't alot of water pressure in either of them. Overall, we loved the condo and would rent it again.

The cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed at. They really pay attention to the details when cleaning. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were a major plus. We were so happy to see that was included for us. We definitely plan on booking here again.

Great place!

This unit sits directly facing the gulf and was immaculately clean! It is located right by the elevator and can be noisy at times. However, we are night owls and sleep later than most people. My only negative with this property is that the water pressure in the showers is very low and the water was lukewarm after just a few minutes especially when both of the showers were being used simultaneously. Other than that everything was great!

Great vacation spot!

The accommodations were great! We love the ocean view balcony! Having a washer and dryer was great. Close to restaurants and activities. Sometimes crowded beach but still room to bring the chairs provided in the unit. Would definitely recommend to other families!

Wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean, well furnished, newly renovated and comfortable beds! Probably my favorite condo I have ever rented. Only real thing that may help is that the sliding glass door to the balcony was hard to open. With a little WD40, all would be perfect.

Will come back to Destin!

We loved the location. The beach and water was amazing and close. We will stay at this complex again but will try another condominium. When we arrived at 1008B, the floor had sand all over it. The bed did as well. The stove top was extremely dirty. Having 2 bathroom was a plus. The deck was nice and had comfortable chairs. We found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable, although we loved that it was a king. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have a washer/dryer as well. {lenty of restaurant around to choose from. We will be back to Destin for sure. We loved it so much! But will not choose 1008B at Majestic Sun unfortunately.
