Looking to get away from the hustle and bustle? HAVE WE GOT A PLACE FOR YOU! As you walk into our unit you will be tranquilled by the warm, inviting, and relaxing colors and furnishings as well as the magnificent views. The living room is furnished with an elegant sofa and chair for you to relax in while watching your favorite program on the 32'flat screen TV.

Meals can be prepared in our fully equipped kitchen and then enjoyed at the beautiful raised dining table and chairs or at the kitchen counter/bar. The full sized refrigerator will certainly come in handy for all your perishables.

Enjoy the comforts of home when you enter the master bedroom. You will be welcomed by the soothing colors and furnishings of this elegantly decorated room. We have provided a TV which is placed in an armoire for comfortable viewing. Our unit is also furnished with full sized twin bunk beds as well as a queen size pullout sofa bed.

A washer & dryer is also provided in the unit for your convenience.

Fun can be had at the heated pool which is on the grounds of the Windancer as well as a BBQ grill that overlooks the gulf.

The views are to die for!!!! Emerald clear waters, crystal white sand beaches all can be viewed from the balcony of our unit. If you're lucky you may even see dolphins frolicking in the gulf. Come and enjoy the smells, sounds and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Windancer is conveniently located near the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as many restaurants and shops. You're bound to find something to appeal to everyone in the group.

Beautiful low rise oceanfront location. Host was amazing and very responsive and easy to work with. Only suggestion would be to have seating on balcony that is more comfortable other than stools.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to communication with the owner. Everything is updated and in pristine condition. The kitchen has everything you need and my children loved the option of sitting at the kitchen bar for breakfast. Next time we come to Destin we will definitely book this condo again.

Perfect place to get away too. Prime location that is close to anything you may need. 3rd time staying here and the water has always been clear and beach is top notch. Its a smaller condominium building so the beach area and pool area is not very crowded. Highly recommend.

Perfect place, beautiful view.

Spacious which is perfect for us, perfect size of furniture, usually the dinner tables are too big or dressers are to big and it makes difficult to walk around, this place has just what is necessary and makes the place so beautiful, it is a few steps to the beach, nice view from the balcony! We will definitely comeback to this place, clean, beautiful and perfect place to relax.

A Wonderful & Quiet Stay

My wife an I had great end of summer stay at The WindDancer. The Egans place (206) is clean, updated and has a beautiful view of Miramar Beach. Michelle made sure our arrival and departure were smooth and trouble free. This 48 unit complex is a short drive off the main road. A couple of quick turns off Hwy 98 gets you away from the crowd and to this hidden and private complex,. It's just 50 yards from a wide and deep stretch of white sandy beachfront. The beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) is a huge plus and the setup crew made us feel right at home. The property has everything you need and is within walking distance or a short drive of numerous places to eat, shop, morning coffee and groceries. We are making plans to come back. It's a tough chore to tell everyone about a place you want to keep for yourselves but the Egans have been so kind and made our trip so memorable we thought everyone should know. Great location!

We’ve stayed at this condo before (just different owners and room), and this is our preference every time. Being able to walk directly out to the beach and only share the space with a limited # of people is what works best for us. The property owner was also easy to deal with and even called us to let us know we could check in early… traffic dictated otherwise, but the thought was what counted. My only wish for this property is to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom as it’s the warmest room in the condo (it was the same in the other one we stayed in), and we’ll probably bring a fan next time we stay just in case. Other than that, I definitely recommend and we will be back!

Stay was excellent

The house was very clean and super cozy. We were only a family of 3 but is spacious enough for more. The neighborhood and the location of this house is great, only a couple of steps from the beach. While also being a couple of minutes away from any store or pharmacy. Overall, I had a great stay at this location and would defiantly stay here again if possible.

Great location on the beach (great view of gulf) & close to Winn-Dixie, CVS, outlet mall, and excellent restaurants. Oversized TV cabinet in master only held undersized, antique TV (low resolution & no TV remote, so no streaming); clearance between bed and cabinet less that 1 foot (trip hazard) & TV placement too low to view from bed. Better to use corner wall mount at good height and larger, modern HD TV with streaming; place small corner cabinet or shelf underneath. Master mattress on last days. Kitchen bar only has dining chairs, so cannot sit & eat at bar. Toilet closest to kitchen runs on & off (replace flapper?) Had 3 TV remotes but 2 were broken (Charter replaced them; programmed one and left other in top drawer under main TV). Main TV input (TV was new and had streaming with sign-in) not set on cable box (which is not a designated input), so very low resolution until figured this out. Instructions in Renter Book would be helpful. Considering price, two trash bags and two dishwasher pods seemed a bit cheap. Some renters probably run dishwasher without soap. Overall, a well located unit but could use a couple of improvements.

Beautiful Condo

This condo has all you need for a week stay. Clean & thoughtful in amenities. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Michelle was great to work with! A must stay.

This place was fabulous. The view was gorgeous. Easy to get to pool and beach. Michelle was great.

Easy to book. Pictures were accurate. Michelle kept in contact gave us all the info we needed and made sure we were good. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back.

I think there was a pet in our unit before we arrived. Maybe a cat. Im allergic to cats. Area inside was sandy on the floor. Outside mens restroom light bulb was out. Hair was present on couch and floor.

Family Friendly and Private Stay

The contact with Michelle was exceptional! We reached out to her about checking in a bit early since we arrived prior to check in. She immediately reached out to housekeeping and called us to let us know we could. We also were having so much fun we decided to stay an additional day. Again, Michelle was so easy to get in touch with and was always saying please reach out if you need anything. The condo matches the pictures provided. Beautiful place and furniture is very comfortable. FYI recommendations: Make sure you take hand soap as that is not provided. Also some of the pans are in need of replacement, they are a bit worn. The outdoor receptacle is broke so that will need to be fixed, but none of these are major issues to sway someone away from this wonderful place and property!!! Thank you for helping make our stay at Windancer enjoyable and exciting!!

Beautiful stay at the beach

This property is located at the end of the scenic beach road, easy to get in and out of to go eat. The beach is restricted to condo residents only, and we really appreciated that our stay included beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day. (head out your first day and select an open spot) They do a great job of making sure everyone has a clear view of the beautiful water. The beach is just right around the corner of the building and was never crowded while we were there. We were able to see dolphins from our second floor balcony! Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very helpful. We would definitely stay in this property again.
