  • Majestic Sun 506b is a one bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo in Seascape Resort. It is one of the few condos in the Majestic Sun condominium that offers an extra eastern view, which provides you with breathtaking views from almost every room! Take advantage of the resort amenities while staying with us, like the community indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness area, golf, sports courts and town center with several restaurants, an ice cream shop, laser tag, concert venue and more!

    You'll be greeted by the open-concept living area, which leads straight to the beachfront balcony. The sliding glass doors give you floor-to-ceiling views of the Emerald Coast, and the balcony is furnished so you can sit outside and enjoy the sunset. The kitchen has been completely updated and is fully equipped for all your needs! Now, enjoy granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances while making your favorite meals. The dining area offers seating for four with two extra stools at the breakfast bar. There's also a washer/dryer in the guest bathroom for extra convenience.

    The private master suite offers a king bed, smart TV and a private master bath with a tub/shower combination. There are two bunks in the hallway for guests, perfect for the kids, with a nearby full guest bathroom that features a walk-in shower.
    Guest access
    You'll have the entire condo as well as the private balcony to yourselves.

    Guests will also have access to the community indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness room and beach. This condo is located in Seascape Resort, which also offers golf and tennis.

    Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was the best, and it was clean and really great!I stayed for 3 nights, and the only thing that was inconvenient was the bed but we’ll go again.

Condo was absolutely disgusting when we checked in. Hair and food all over the floor. Smell of mildo was so strong it was making us nauseous. Spent 2 hrs cleaning ourselves. Washer and dryer stopped working evertime we used it. Not worth it

Majestic Sun is great!

My family and I stayed here the week of Fourth of July and we had awesome views and saw lots of fireworks. My daughter enjoyed the beach side pool more than she liked the beach!

The place is perfectly placed, right on the beach, with an incredible view that we took in every morning and night! Everything needed was stocked and ready to go. We did not have to worry about anything!

Great condo with a great view. Had everything we needed. The bedroom window would be great if it had a blackout curtain on it, the outside hall light was extremely bright and made it hard to sleep in the bedroom. Other than that one is sure the condo was awesome.

pleasant stay Communication with property management above and beyond Kitchen , living area , and one of bathrooms nicely updated. Bedroom bathroom needs a bit of upgrade,repair. Overall recommend because of location and quick / super friendly response regarding anything from property.

Great view, condo is well equipped and management took great care to make sure we were satisfied.

Great for a 2-4 people, this condo is conveniently located, has wonderful gulf view, easy access and communication with management was great!. Only downside might be how crowded the parking gets when occupancy is high, although garage parking is great to have if needed, just a little further to walk to condo.

Not a good experience

The condo was quite dirty. The blue couch and ottoman had nasty stains. The matress on the sofa bed was disgusting. There were stains all over it. The table the TV sat on was broken. The view was nice and the pool was lovely.
