Windancer 203-

It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 203 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This second floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

Small Condo Complex with Awesome Ocean Views

My wife and I had a very relaxing stay! Location of the condo was amazing. Description is right that most people likely don't know this place even exists. Enjoyed the pool, but mostly view of the ocean from the balcony and walks on the beach.

Good but would never go back to that unit.

The unit was furnished well. It was decorated with taste. The third night we were there, I stayed up late watching tv. I walked into the kitchen to see roaches. I did not see a large number of them at one time, but 1 roach is all it took. You know where there is one there are more. We contacted management and they said they would send someone out to spray. We saw no change in the roaches, just continued to see more. I worried about bringing roaches home. You don’t want to pay $2000.00 and have roaches. Destin is beautiful and we love that area but would never stay in that unit again. The unit had ratings of all 10’s and really wonder how they pulled that off. I also think it could have been cleaner. There was a blue rug in front of sofa that had dirty spots in several areas. That definitely makes me doubt the ratings you look at when choosing a place to stay.

Summers ending stay!

Great area! So great that this is the second year we have stayed in a Windancer condo. This one was great, had everything we needed. The bedroom was a perfect size and stayed cool at night. My kids did get a little warm in their bunk beds and the living room area got a little warmer than I would have liked. I did not reach out to the tenants, we weren’t there for long and for the most part stayed out on the beach or out and about during the day. Overall it was a great stay!
