Located on the ground floor, it is the perfect location for people who want easy access to their unit. No elevators or stairs to climb!
New Beach Ramp with no steps.
As soon as you enter 'Lucky You' you'll feel at home. Newly renovated, every detail has been carefully considered when choosing how to decorate our place. This beach oasis is a place where family and friends can have an incredible vacation. It's just too good to be true!

Lucky You is just steps from the beach and Gulf-side pool!

With almost 1100 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is so spacious you'll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends at the beach. We have stocked the kitchen with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Our beds have been outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses and sheets we can find. Our bathrooms are equipped with plush towels and spa soaps and shampoos. We've installed hooks in every room, making it easy for you to keep your space clutter-free so you can relax and 'enjoy the view.' Lucky You is stocked with games, books, umbrellas, a cooler, beach towels and laundry detergent. The kitchen has top notch Whirlpool Gold appliances, an array of small appliances, and the full-size stackable washer and dryer are so big you'll have room to wash everything at once - leaving you time for the fun activities. Wireless Internet is available throughout the unit.

The Living Room has plenty of seating options and the 50 inch HDTV can be viewed from anywhere in the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. We have installed a blue ray player in the Living Room for you to enjoy. Our Master suite has a King bed with an en suite bath. The master bedroom has a 40 inch HDTV and bluray player. The second King suite is also equipped with a King bed and 40' HDTV. The bunk room is large enough to accommodate a pack-and-play for families with little ones.

Not enough space? We have a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Maravilla Resort Condominiums is located on beautiful Miramar Beach and because we have a deeded beach, our views are unobstructed. Maravilla is a gated community and one of only a few resorts where you can enter the property from either Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive making venturing out really convenient. Lucky You is a ground floor unit just steps from the pool. We have comfortable seating for 4 at the outdoor dining table as well as 'lounge' chairs so you can relax and while reading a book or enjoying a cold drink!

In addition, we provide an outdoor bean bag toss game that is a guest favorite and can be played just outside in the grass by the patio.

Maravilla has 2 large pools, one Gulf-front and one seasonally heated. The resort has a hot tub, a work out room, tennis courts pickleball and a basketball hoop.

Our beach attendants are fantastic. Our unit comes with daily beach set up, 2 chairs and one umbrella, from March 15 - October 31st.

We are pet friendly to pre-approved dogs. Pre-approval is required. Please list size and breed when requesting a reservation.

This property was great! We love the location and ease of staying in Maravilla and this unit was very cute and comfortable, GREAT location, owners very responsive and even got to check in a little early. Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Unit, Great Amenities, Great Location!

The Unit - Plenty of room, extremely clean, and great attention to detail and family living. Sarah was also extremely responsive during our trip when we had any questions. This is a unit that lived up to its photos on the app. The Amenities - The unit had everything our family needed and more. The complex has two pools that are great. We spent most of our pool time at the one closest to our unit and the kids had a blast. We also loved the included beach service and had chairs and an umbrella everyday on the extremely beautiful strip of beach. The Location - The location was a phenomenal value. The unit is located on the ground level and extremely easy access to both the beach and the pool closest to the beach. We never felt trapped by having a long trek back and forth to the room. All in all the stay was great and if we come back we know this is a great place to stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay was great. The location within the community was convenient. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I booked this condo because it was on the first floor and other reviews stated that the beds were comfortable. Those reviews were correct...most comfortable beds I've ever had away from home. Actually better than home.

We stayed two weeks at the condo and let me tell you it was stocked beyond my expectations. It had everything we needed and much more. It is beautifully decorated and had such great access being on the bottom floor. Will stay here again and again.

Best stay in Destin

The room was clean and well facilitated. It had everything you need for a stay at the beach. It was the perfect location from the pool and beach. My kids had the best time. Very pet friendly as well. When we go back to Maravilla, this will be my first choice if it is available.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful time, the condo has everything you might need during your stay, the beds were very comfortable. My only issue was people not cleaning up after walking their dogs outside our condo but that’s not Sarah’s fault. Everything else was great!

Spring Break 2023

“Lucky You” was the perfect fit for our family of 5. Kids 8,15,18 all enjoyed the stay. Very close to beach, bottom level made it so easy to get to and from beach. Great location. Walking distance to “Happy Hour” places to enjoy. Thanks Sarah for an easy stress-free stay!

This is it!

Wow. Just wow! If you are looking for a place to stay on Miramar Beach this is it! It is only a few steps away from the beach. It is also located within walking distance to find coffee, lunch, dinner or even a little karaoke. The swimming pools, pickleball courts and dog run are very convenient. Being on the ground floor was such a plus as we brought our family pet. The unit is updated, clean and has everything you need for your stay. We found it to be quiet and comfortable. Sarah is a top notch host. She was extremely responsive, professional and easy to work with. We are looking forward to a return visit next year. Did I mention we had a blast! Book this one. You won’t regret it.

Fabulous family friendly condo steps from the beach!

Sarah's condo was so cute and big! Decor is fabulous and really makes you feel like you are on vacation at the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need including great knives and pans (sorry I love to cook!) Sarah was very responsive to questions and was very helpful. Heated pool and hot tub at complex was relaxing and exercise room was great to work off vacation calories:) Overall, really perfect stay. Thanks Sarah!

Very dog friendly

The condo was just beautiful and very clean. Great location and a few steps away from the beach. Loved that it was on ground level. Spent most of our time on the beach just watching and listening to the waves. Lots of nice over priced restaurants with good food. We will definitely be back.

Great week in Maravilla at Miramar Beach

Great communication with the host, Sarah, with photos of property location and proximity to the beach. Even though they don’t like the beach, we loved that we could bring our two yorkies, who travel everywhere with us. There were lots of friendly families with their pets too. It was the perfect time of the year to be at Miramar, with cooler temps in the morning for walks on the beach and evening for watching sunsets. We loved having the rental chairs and umbrella for shade to eat our picnic lunch by the sea. Maravilla was so close to Pompano Joes, we walked there pulling the grandkids in our wagon along the bike/walking trail. Check out the fresh Sea Market near Walmart if you want steamed shrimp or lobster and Whole Foods for all the rest, including good local coffee! We had a wonderful vacation and will be back next year!!!

Great Condo in a great location

We have stayed in this complex 4 times so far and this by far is the nicest one. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach items for a family. Communication with Sarah was excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

Awesome as always

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah's condo. This was our 3rd time staying here (two other times with the previous owner). It was just as wonderful this year as it was in years past. We love the location of the condo and all the little things add up to a big sigh of relief. We truly only have to bring our suitcase and groceries. They have thought of everything and even had the property ready early for us to check in before the all the crowds hit town. Upon our checkout, my son realized he forgot his plush lovie in the bunk room and Sarah made arrangements to mail it to us. He was SO grateful (and so was I since we couldn't find a new one to replace it). We look forward to our vacation there again next year.

Absolutely LOVED this unit!!

We have been coming to Maravilla off and on for over 25 years. We’ve stayed in every building and on every floor. Literally! This is by far our favorite building, and probably our favorite unit to date. Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable. The unit has everything we needed- even down to laundry detergent! 😊(Which is a rare thing to find in beach rentals! I have never seen that before.) , Sarah, the owner, was a joy to work with. We had the opportunity to extend our stay a few days and she obliged with no hesitancy at our last minute request. We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much, I called her to book again for later in the summer! We look forward to staying here again!! Thank You, Sarah!

Great time at a great place!

We had the best time. It was 5 of us this year - husband, two daughters, one’s boyfriend. Plenty of room with 5 adults(oh! - two small dogs, too!). Comfiest beds, convenient walk to beach, restaurants…quick drive to just about everything else you could think of. We went to Seaside, ate several times at KennyD’s(an annual tradition and long-time fave), went to outlets, malls, etc…Just love the area, the complex and this unit. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Beach Getaway

The property was immaculate and a very short walk to the beach. The property is quiet and has options for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Sarah was easy to reach and very helpful with our questions. The owners thought of everything when it comes to extras at this property. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.
