This beautiful 4th floor 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo w/ hallway bunk beds that can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests and is minutes away from the beach! It’s also located in the heart of everything along the Emerald Coast! We like to call the view from this condo’s balcony the “triple threat”- you get to look down over the pool, the lake, and still see the ocean!

BEDROOM & BATH

This space is such a fun experience with a full Master bedroom + bath and a hallway with two built-in bunk beds with its own half bath! Great for kids or friends!

The Master bedroom is a luxurious space with a King sized bed, plenty of space to unload all of your clothes, and a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The bed even has pull out drawers underneath for extra storage.

The master bathroom holds the in-unit washer and dryer and is also a jack and jill to the second bathroom that connects to the hallway.

There is plenty of space and privacy for all guests.

In the hallway- the unique built-in bunk beds offer two XL twin sized beds which is great for adults or kids!

KITCHEN & LIVING

The kitchen is a large, beautiful space with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet storage for all of your favorite foods and comes FULLY STOCKED with all pots, pans and cooking utensils. We also provide a traditional coffee maker along with a Keurig. Bring your favorite ground coffee or k-pods!

The kitchen and living room offers a bright, open concept feel. Into the living room you will find comfortable seating and a flatscreen smart tv. The couch also serves as a pullout bed which can accommodate two additional guests. Beyond the living room there is a large wall of glass doors that lead onto the outdoor patio!

The outdoor patio is a huge space with table seating for four people, and a small couch. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening wind downs out here with gorgeous views overlooking the pool, lake and ocean!

ABOUT THE RESORT

Ariel Dunes is a beautiful resort with large pools, hot tub, a private gym that is open 24/7 and overall a beautiful common ground area with pathways for walking, biking or jogging. And even more importantly, the resort is just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach!

OTHER INFORMATION

*All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age

*We do provide large count dish pods, laundry pods, and extra trash bags for our guests to use in the condo.
