Amor del Mar is a 3200 square foot home boasting three large balconies with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a balcony overlooking the pool and lake. Designed for luxury and comfort and professionally decorated with a refined Florida ambiance, Amor del Mar features: travertine marble floors, 10' ceilings throughout, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, private pool overlooking one of Destin's smaller lakes, 2 car garage with plenty of parking and the sound of the rolling surf. With no busy roads to cross, you have easy access to the worlds most beautiful beaches. Located on the east end of Destin near close to Sandestin and just a few blocks from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, it is convenient to all the best restaurants and shopping. As a Crescent Beach Cottage, this beach home has access to the amenities at the adjacent Crescent Condominiums-featuring a lagoon pool, tiki bar, game room, and more!

Family vaycay

Everything was good. Location to beach and shopping was great. Was what our family needed and enjoyed. We had an issue with the a/c but the management was on top of needs. The last night the air broke was not able to be fixed we ended up leaving early but we were compensated. I would stay here again if we need that much room again.

Family beach trip

We enjoyed the house very much! Plenty of room for 4 families! The access to the beach and pool next door was SO close and awesome! The pool at the house did not get used like we thought we would but we didn’t really need it. Loved the elevator for hauling heavy suitcases and such up and down!

Such a great house

Loved the house, the views from the upper decks were so nice. The access to the Crescent pools and bea h were a huge plus since we regularly stay there. The elevator was nice for loading and unloading all the luggage and groceries and the home was comfy and inviting. Loved the garage access, we rented a big golf cart and left the cars put away all week.

Great vacation

A beautiful home with great views. Lots of beach supplies- chairs, boogie boards, etc., short walk to the beach and staff at the condo were very nice and helpful Ice maker was a huge plus! Only downside is there are a good bit of stairs both in the house and on the walk to the beach but still one of the best rentals we have ever had!

Family Vacay

The location is a 10! This was reason #1 we booked this house! The pool was a fantastic addition and having access to the resort pool was wonderful. We had 7 children ages 11yrs-7months and a pool is a must. The house was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels and a great starter set up of toilet paper. The ONLY thing that was a tad bothersome was the house didn’t smell fresh when we walked in. It was musky and had a strange odor that we fixed with air freshener and a good clean down . The house could use a few minor touch ups but being a rental I understand . The stay was great. Everyone was pleased. I cried when it was time to leave this morning.

Girls’ Weekend

The house was clean and well appointed…we appreciated the elevator very much!. Beach and community pool access was great, incredible views and excellent communication with property management staff. Thank you for making our annual girls’ weekend getaway a memorable one!

Nice house with great location

Nice large house that accommodated both my wife and I to work there for the month. Location was great, walking distance to stores, restaurants, beach, and a great church (Destiny Worship Center, Miramar Beach). Gulf views also beautiful from balconies. Property manager, Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals, was great to work with.

Optimal Location

Clean, unique property just two minute walk to beach and/or beautiful pool. Would recommend for a larger group of beach lovers. Couple of maintenance issues were addressed quickly during our stay. Gorgeous views from balconies.

Mother's Day Get-A-Way

Our group of 13, which included two infants, were thoroughly impressed with the property and the closeness of the beach. The only complaint was what looked to be algae at the bottom of the pool. We all agreed that, when we come back, this would be the property to stay in, if it's available. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful vacay!

Easter Trip

The house was very nice and in a great location for shopping and the beach. Also very nice to use the Crescent Condo facilities next door if we wanted to enjoy their pool or exercise room. We were disappointed in the maintenance of the pool and the Wi-Fi was very weak. I would defintely go back to this place.

Great house and great location.

This is a really nice house with comfortable furniture and beautiful views from each of the 3 balconies. The house is located on a quiet street with very easy beach access thru the property directly across the street. We cooked or grilled most meals during our stay due to Covid and found the kitchen sufficiently stocked for our needs. Having an ice maker was an added bonus. With the house being 3 floors, having an elevator was extremely helpful with transporting luggage and heavier grocery items (or when older knees needed a break). We enjoyed our much needed vacation and can't wait to come back!

Overpriced for What We Got

The home was in a great location; however, there were a number of issues that made it overpriced for what we got. The home needs re-painting in the worst way. The TV’s didn’t work for two full days and I had the miss 2 hours of beach time with my children and grandchildren to be on the phone with the Cox Communication man to fix them myself with his help, which I felt is something that the house management should have done as it was my vacation. We did not have easy access to the beach through the grassy path gate as described in the rental description and in our check-in materials because that gate is chained shut. I called the management and when I didn’t get a return call, we went to The Crescent Condos and they gave us access bracelets to go through their lobby to the beach, so everyday all of us had to walk through their lobby to access the beach, not convenient. We had no wi-fi for the first 3 days because the management gave us the wrong wi-fi code in the check-in material. By the 4th day, we got the correct code. There just seemed to be too many problems the required me to have to call the management for the first 4 days in a row and I don’t like having to be on the phone to handle that many problems when I’m on vacation. All in all, for what we paid it had too many issues that kept it from being the relaxing time we had all hoped for and will have me searching for another home on our next trip.

Thanksgiving Vacation

This property was excellent and the communication with the property management was even better! They even allowed us to checkin 3 hours prior to our checkin time. The view of the beach was great and the heated pool was fantastic. We will be back for Thanksgiving next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My parents, brothers, and their blended families enjoyed the house and location! Enough room to spend time together and have some quiet time in separate rooms/sections as well. Only 2 draw backs: lots of stairs and originally didn’t realize the pricing was for 10 persons with additional persons extra per night. That was difficult to know in advance with blended families and college-age nephews. But it all worked out in the end. The access to the beach and neighboring condo pool was a hit.

Amazing property! We loved this house!

This house is perfect for a big family get together, girls weekend, or just some relaxation! It has stunning views and plenty of space for everybody. It is gorgeous. The decor is great and it makes you feel right at home. The parking is wonderful if you have multiple cars with all the open spaces and the garage. The decks provide stunning views of the beach and sand of the beautiful Gulf. We loved our stay here and have no complaints. The elevator is great for bringing up groceries and things. The pool is AWESOME. What a great treat! We loved his house and will defiantly be renting again!!

Location is great

It’s a very nice house. You can tell it needs a little TLC on the AC- it stays really warm all day long inside and finally cools off during the night. There are specific instructions on utilizing the ac however that doesn’t help at all. It’s warm inside. The pool needs some tlc with cleaning- had a lot of sand in it when we got there. Overall it’s a great place and awesome location. We were able to get in a couple of hours early and we truly appreciated the accommodation since we had little ones traveling with us. Definitely a place I would consider again. The utilization of the hotel across the street for beach access is definitely a plus.

Great stay!

We had a great time at the house! It was as close to the beach and had a great living room open to the kitchen. Would highly recommend. Also, the events perks provided by shore dreams are great. Highly recommend the deep sea fishing trip! For two people, it only costs $85. Great deal!
