✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Please note - this home does not have an elevator.
✹ HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or campers.
✹ HOA does not permit 10x10 pop up beach tents.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

By booking, guest(s) acknowledges that use of this home and the amenities within and on the property may have potential risks if improperly used, particularly in regards to children, and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.
