    Esta casa de 3,700 pies cuadrados se presentó en HGTV y en la revista Coastal Living. Nuestra casa de lujo frente al mar tiene cinco habitaciones, cinco baños y medio y una piscina privada de 5 'X 15' con vista a la playa. La casa cuenta con una gran sala de estar de lujo, encimeras de granito en la cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y pisos de madera dura en el segundo y tercer piso. Esta casa cuenta con 40 'de ancho balcones con vista a las aguas cristalinas del Golfo en todos los niveles. Los 3 niveles al aire libre ofrecen opciones de asientos y restaurantes.

    Ingrese a esta espaciosa casa para descubrir pisos de madera dura y travertino, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El primer piso cuenta con una habitación king con baño privado y una cálida y acogedora sala de estar con muebles cómodos, un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 ", barra para tragos, un sofá cama tamaño queen y acceso a la piscina de chapoteo.

    El segundo nivel alberga la sala de estar principal amueblada con otro televisor de pantalla plana de 60 ", una cocina gourmet completamente equipada, una mesa de comedor con capacidad para ocho y una barra de desayuno con asientos adicionales. La suite principal con una cama king-size y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ", un sofá cama y un baño principal privado son el lugar perfecto para retirarse al final del día.

    Hay tres dormitorios adicionales con sus propios baños en el tercer piso. El dormitorio principal del tercer piso está amueblado con una cama king-size, un sofá cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ". Esta habitación da a la playa con un balcón privado.     La piscina y la casa de baños de la comunidad Frangista Beach están ubicadas a solo una cuadra al norte de este lujoso apartamento de vacaciones. Una estadía en Frangista Encore incluye descuentos en carritos de golf, bicicletas, motos acu��ticas, artículos para la playa y para bebés, y más.

    El ascensor residencial privado está disponible cuando lo requiera un huésped. Por favor, hable con nosotros antes de su estadía si necesita usar el ascensor.

WiFi was terrible. Back door and deck door looks either didn’t work, broken, missing, or hard to operate. Two beachfront chairs were broken. Overall it was a very nice place to stay

William was awesome to work with,the house was great and the location was even better.The only thing I would change it needs a tankless hot water heater.Well furnished with any and everything.The location was perfect and the views and the beach were even better.Absolutely the best Host u could possibly have.Thank you again for a wonderful week!!!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. We hope to be back! We had plenty of space and the views were incredible! The only downfall was that the community pool was only up and running 2 of the 7 days of our stay.

Beautiful Beach Front Family Oasis

We enjoyed the beach front location, three amazing decks with great beach view, private beach access and included beach service. Master suite is truly amazing with huge bath, multiple sitting areas and a small private sitting / sleep space, plus an amazing balcony. All five bedrooms are en suite, plenty of privacy but also lots of great family space with the decks, great kitchen / dining and upper and lower level living areas. Small protected plunge pool was a nice treat, too. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and added beach towels. Service was great when we had questions. Plenty of parking with driveway and two car garage, which included lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. House included all the supplies we needed (trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. ). Location is great for restaurants, beach gear, shops! We enjoyed a week with our adult children and grandchild, truly an unforgettable experience. We hope to visit again!

Prime location but needs maintenance

Just returned from a weeks stay. The location is perfect! The house needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Doors are pealing apart and dirty and floors are worn, All of the furniture could use replacing. The beds are very uncomfortable. There are stains on the chairs. This house had/has so much potential with some attention and upkeep. Overall the trip was good, we just expected the property to look like the pictures.

Fabulous view, great location, wonderful house

Our family was able to gather on the balconies, and in common areas for together time. Sleeping was comfortable with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The house was fully equipped and everything was in working order. The best part is the perfect location on the beach, with the surf asyour neighbor. It is walkable distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, a winery, ice cream, beach shops etc. The house is perfect for reunions and celebrations.

It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The splash pool was great, short walk to beach out the back porch, and overall home layout with great kitchen and living area for everyone to be together without feeling cramped!! Would highly recommend this property and plan to book again next year! The use of the elevator was greatly appreciated as my husband needed it!
