We’re excited to announce that the all-new, beautifully renovated amenities at Sandestin Beachside Two will be ready for you starting August 2025! Be among the first to experience these stunning upgrades and enjoy the best of Sandestin in a refreshed, modern setting. “Footprints” is a beautifully remodeled condo in a newly updated building with refreshed exteriors and interiors. As a guest, you’ll enjoy all the world-class amenities of the award-winning Sandestin Resort.

This spacious first-floor 1,385 sq ft 2-bedroom/2-bath condo offers inspiring gulf views, the largest patio in the entire building, and is just steps from two sparkling pools.

Construction Update (through 11/1): To ensure the grounds look their very best, the lawn area is temporarily closed. Beach access remains open and is easily reached through the lobby.

The renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops provide the perfect setting for your cooking enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for the perfect meal. Just bring the food. There are 4 bar stools and seating for 8 or more at the dining table.

The beautiful over sized master bedroom with two queen beds and efficient second bedroom with two full beds plus trundle provide sleeping for nine guests.

Nothing else compares and no other condo in all of Sandestin is closer to the sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The oversized patio provide unexpected pleasure to enhance your beach experience. The decor, the art, and the attention to detail will make you want to return to this oasis again and again.

Beach, pool and entertainment are steps away: Of the 3500 Sandestin condos on this exclusive 2200 acre resort community none are closer to the worlds most beautiful beaches. The Beachside 2 pool and the gracious lawn off the patio provide both convenience and variety unparalleled. The beach view was great. The pool is pretty but wasn't heated and in October, that can be tricky. The beach was beautiful and the beach chair service and amenities were right there. Parking was easy and the unit itself is everything the pictures portrayed.

Reviews made us book, but overall disappointed

Safety at this condo is not important to the rental company. A very easy key code that I made attempts to have our door fixed because the code didn’t work and no one came out after we had been assured that they would. Description says this has been a remodeled condo, it is in poor shape for something that just got remodeled.

Condo is very nice, nicely laid out, beds very comfortable, nicely decorated. We loved the patio. Condo very convenient to beach and pool. The only negative was that all the other Sandestin properties beach access was right by our building. This results in beach over crowding. If you don’t mind being on the beach with hundreds of other people this is your vacation condo.

WONDERFUL

We had such a wonderful, relaxing weekend, which is what we were hoping for. It’s a very safe, beautiful, relaxing & fun place to be. The property is secure, very well maintained & updated. We really wish we could have stayed longer, but as friends working together in the same department makes it difficult for us to be off work for longer periods. We LOVED our stay & had a great experience working with Danny Griffith in reserving our rental. All information was provided & fully accurate, which was extremely helpful for us older ladies. SPECTACULAR CONDO!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! One of the most beautiful views we have ever seen!! Ocean and pool so close to the room with the restaurant right next door! The location was so convenient to the stores and all of the places. Perfect for those with kiddos. It had tons of games and was definitely kid friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit!! The owners are so kind and respond quickly! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Condo was very clean & decor was adorable & trendy. Perfect place for my daughter & her bridesmaids to stay for her destination wedding weekend. Beds for 9 people. Girls’ Trip!

My mother and I booked this property for a weekend getaway and our first comment was “how perfect for a girls’ trip!” Two queens in the master plus bunks/trundle in the second bedroom would make a great place for a group of friends to rest after a day of shopping, golf, or the beach! The unit was beautifully decorated and super clean!
