The beach is an easy drive or walk away, so just drop the swimsuits in the private washer/dryer when you get back. Mix up a few refreshing beverages in the fully equipped kitchen, then enjoy them at the breakfast bar or out on the screened-in porch. With a loft bedroom and a bunk room for future guests, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. You'll also have access the community's outdoor pool during your stay in this condo.

WHAT’S NEARBY
The beach is just two blocks and a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's (four and a half miles away) for some coconut shrimp! Beyond the beach, you can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over two miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) barely over eight miles from the condo. Gator Beach, less than eight miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.

Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
