THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS ADVISED US THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FOR 6 WEEKS AFTER THANKSGIVING THROUGH DECEMBER. THE EXACT DATES ARE NOT KNOWN PRESENTLY. DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STAIRS TO GET TO/FROM YOUR CONDO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

This gorgeous 4th floor Destin vacation condo is truly worthy to be part of the Crystal View complex. Its entire southeast side is decked with windows and a wrap around balcony so that your views of the glittering emerald waters are crystal clear!

Modern décor featuring custom artwork adds to the merry feel, while relaxing extras like the large tub, furnished balcony and comfortable beds and couches really let you unwind. Moreover, you don’t have to go far to taste delicious seafood, you can see Pompano Joe’s Beach Bar and Grill just down the jogging path to the east. Plus, great golf and shopping are all within a few minutes’ drive.

In season you will get 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up each day on the beach.

This condo is pet friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Spring Break 2021

I was pleased with the Interior of the Condo, the exterior not so much. Lighting in the hall leading to door was horrible, and very dirty. The elevator needed a good cleaning as well. The pool was small but nice and the beach was exactly as pictured. The other downside was construction going on next door and if your wanting peace and quiet, the helicopters run non stop all day long. It's all in what you are looking for when on vacation but for me, I would not do this property for the outer reasons. Condo was perfect .

Enjoyed our stay! Condo worked perfect for us! (7 Adults & 1 Infant) Perfect floor plain! Could use more seating in the living room. The balcony had a beautiful view but the chairs on the balcony needs to be replaced with something more comfy. Probably would have spent more time on the balcony but the chairs where very uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was excellent! Would defiantly recommend this condo and would rent again.

Breathtaking view of the Gulf! Condo was beautiful! Easy access to the beach, and a short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Loved our stay there!

At first site it appears from the way the outside looks that you may have wasted your money, but once you enter the condo you realize, it was just the outside. The inside was beautiful, the view was amazing! Check in and out was a breeze. I would and will come back for sure!

Great experience! Beautiful property in a good location. Only complaint is that the dog area in the back is poor (dry grasses/thorns hurt their paws). They’d be better putting mulch back there.

Not worth the money. Needs attention

For the money spent, we expected a lot more, especially to my sister's unit on the same floor. Unit had a master shower door that won't close and has no hand shower in it to shave your legs. There was very basic kitchen stuff - no colander when we went to make Mac n. cheese and boil some shrimp.Had blood spot on two pillow cases, lots of dead light bulbs. There is no foot rest for the most uncomfortable chairs on the balcony, thus not great for watching the sunset. TV channels are mostly in Spanish - especially all of the kids channels.

Hurricane Escape

My family and I escaped from SWFL and Hurricane Irma with our small dogs, and were pleased to be able to rent this Crystal View condo. The condo was great with everything in good condition, very comfortable and amazing views! We will plan on coming back in the future for a pleasure trip!!

Great view of the beach!

Had a great time in Destin this condo was so close to beach and very close to shopping and restaurant. Enjoyed sitting on spacious balcony and watching the waves. Only suggestion is to put room darkening curtains in the first two bedrooms the light outside in hallway shines directly in rooms. Very clean and spacious and it was a plus we could bring our miniature schnauzer with us.
