This awesome Beach House with Gulf and lake view's has private beach access. Enjoy the tropical breezes from any of the five bedrooms, four of which have their own private full bathroom. This beautiful property consists of over 3100 square feet of comfortable living space. There are 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is only a short pleasant stroll (no main roads to cross) to Destin's famous white sands and emerald green waters. Perfect for a family beach vacation or a couples' get together. This home offers something for everyone. Relax in the sun on any one of the many balconies/decks around the home, sip a cold beverage by the onsite resort size pool while watching the sunset or simply reading a book on your balcony. Come stay at this tropical paradise. We also include access to the Crescent Resorts private Pool and Private Beach. It's what you have been waiting for! It's what you deserve!

Had a great time!

There were 10 of us and the house was beautiful, especially the 2nd floor, where everybody got together. Plenty of space and the pool/ocean were just steps away.

Family Get Away

The house was really nice and comfortable,we had plenty of room and the decks on all floors was great for relaxing.The beach access were across the street at the resort walking distance.we ate at Surf Hut which is walking distance in other words the house is in a great location

Just Wow Service

Thank you so much Sean for the kindness and great service in accommodating us! We had a blast and my family who were gathered for my niece’s high school graduation was very impressed with you providing everything we needed! We had a blast and we loved that we were together but yet had our own space. The house layout is amazing and the location to beach and shops was spectacular.

The beach was so close and easy to get to. The pool amenities were great. The house was spacious and everyone in our group felt like they had their own space. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Overall, perfect house for our trip!

Nice house!

Nice clean house with short walk to beach. Would stay again. Only recommendation would be to add a propane or charcoal grill for cooking outside for large groups.

The property overall is nice. Our family trip was a good one. Having all the balconies was a major plus to be able to see the sunrises/sunsets, except for the balcony on the third floor to the room with the twin beds was locked so it couldnt be opened which was a bummer but not the worst thing. Also the tub in the master bedroom on the third floor wasn't fully cleaned where the jets are. Other than these small issues, we had a very good stay. The check in/out process was very easy & the access to the pool & beach was convenient as well.

Family Wedding

We loved the property! It worked well for our group and we felt right at home. The property was clean and spacious and the location was great! We really enjoyed having access to the beach and the pool. I give this property a 5-star rating. The only complaint that we have is there was an issue with the dryer. The host was fantastic!

Nice property

Nice property with convenient beach access, nice amenities. Only issue was WiFi didn’t work well and therefore the TV would sometimes not work as it was a Roku device that needs internet.
